Você fará parte do time de Obras.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAntecipar desvios dos objetivos da obra, propondo soluções com visão de custo, prazo, qualidade e segurança;Realizar o gerenciamento full time em canteiro, acompanhando e fiscalizando a execução dos serviços pela construtora;Acompanhar de forma integrada todas as disciplinas da obra, incluindo arquitetura, estrutura e instalações complementares, como elétrica, hidrossanitária, PPCI e climatização;Acompanhar a compatibilização entre disciplinas, identificando interferências e propondo soluções;Realizar acompanhamento de procedimentos executivos, entrega e gestão de materiais homologados e escopos, garantindo conformidade na execução;Realizar o planejamento e controle semanal da obra, aplicando conceitos de Lean Construction e acompanhando cronograma, custos e ações;Participar de reuniões semanais com o cliente, de forma presencial ou online, para acompanhamento do andamento da obra, apresentação de status, alinhamento de pendências, riscos, prazos e planos de ação;Acompanhar custos, orçamentos, medições e impactos financeiros da obra, apoiando negociações com fornecedores;Acompanhar a qualidade dos serviços e o cumprimento dos requisitos de Segurança do Trabalho e controles ambientais aplicáveis à obra.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Engenharia Civil ou Arquitetura e Urbanismo;Conhecimento em pacote Office, Project e AutoCad;Necessário CNPJ enquadrado na categoria de Microempresa (ME), com situação cadastral regular;Notebook e celular próprio;Diferencial experiência em obras de Varejo;Disponibilidade para início imediato para contrato temporário;Disponibilidade para trabalho noturno.Informações adicionais💼 Contrato de trabalho por tempo determinado com duração aproximada de 40 dias, com início imediato.
