Você fará parte do time de obras.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar a execução de obras de alto padrão, garantindo alinhamento entre prazo, custo, qualidade e escopo;Gerenciar simultaneamente múltiplos fornecedores ou frentes de obra;Liderar equipes técnicas e fornecedores;Realização de levantamentos para elaboração de projetos.Atuar na interface com clientes, arquitetos e stakeholders estratégicos;Garantir a compatibilização de projetos e a excelência na execução;Estruturar e acompanhar o planejamento físico-financeiro das obras;Reuniões presenciais e remotas com os clientes e construtoras;Gerenciar contratos, medições e relacionamento com fornecedores;Implementar boas práticas, padronização e melhoria contínua nos processos de obra;Atuar de forma preventiva na gestão de riscos e resolução de problemas críticos;Reportar status executivo das obras para diretoria e clientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Formação superior em Engenharia Civil ou Arquitetura;Experiência consolidada em gestão de obras de alto padrão comercial e residencial;Vivência com equipes multidisciplinares;Disponibilidade para trabalhar fora do horário comercial;Forte domínio de planejamento, custos e controle de obras;Experiência com gestão de contratos e fornecedores estratégicos;Conhecimento avançado em leitura e compatibilização de projetos;Domínio de ferramentas (Revit, Excel, MS Project, ou similares);Possuir CNPJ aberto na categora ME.DiferenciaisAtuação com clientes de alto padrão ou mercado de luxo;Pós-graduação ou especialização em gestão de projetos;Planejamento LEAN Construction;Elaboração de análises de custos.Informações adicionais📍 Disponibilidade para início imediato;📜Contrato de modelo PJ;💼Possuir CNPJ aberto na categoria ME; 📍
