A SERENG é uma empresa de engenharia especializada em Projetos, Consultoria, Gerenciamento, Apoio Técnico e Gestão de Ativos (Manutenção), atuando nos mais diversos segmentos industriais!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar diretamente junto as Gerências de Engenharia e Gerências de Implantação durante as fases de desenvolvimento e execução de projetos, buscando-se por alternativas sustentáveis, com geração de valor, e visão sistêmica de processos durante todo o ciclo de vida de projetos.Atuar junto a áreas de planejamento (PMO), acompanhando planos de ação, prazos de obtenção Licenças e Atos Autorizativos, datas de necessidade de implantação de obras, gestão de riscos e entregáveis de maturidade de projetos.Atuar no gerenciamento de rotina de atividades com interferências socioambientais durante a fase de desenvolvimento de projeto (sondagens para investigação geológico-geotécnica).Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS NECESSÁRIOSExperiência comprovada na atuação socioambiental durante a fase de desenvolvimento de projetos de engenharia (Infraestrutura e Ferrovias), atuação em processos de licenciamento ambiental de grandes empreendimentos, atuação no gerenciamento de rotina durante a fase de implantação de projetos de médio e grande porte.Experiência em interface com múltiplos stakeholders em processos de alta complexidade, inter-relação entre áreas e processos.Experiência comprovada em gestão de contratos (elaboração e avaliação de requisições técnicas para contratações diversas).Possuir CNH B.REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEISPós-Graduação / MBA em Gestão Ambiental ou Gestão de Projetos (PMO).Power BI e/ou ferramentas diversas de automação para dashboards de gestão.Noções e vivências em práticas de ESG em projetos.Noções e vivências em gestão de riscos socioambientais em projetos.Informações adicionais• Plano de Saúde;• Seguro de vida;• Refeição;• Transporte;• Convênio com Wellhub (GYMPASS).
