Venha fazer parte da nossa história e da construção do nosso futuro. Cadastre-se agora mesmo em nossas vagas!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um Engenheiro Analítico Sênior para atuar em uma instituição financeira, construindo a camada de transformação e consumo de dados em ambiente Google Cloud. O profissional será responsável por levar o dado da origem até o dashboard, com qualidade, performance e controle de custo. A atuação envolve contato direto com áreas de negócio não técnicas: entender a pergunta por trás de cada demanda, traduzi-la em modelos de dados e indicadores, e ir além do "o quê" para explicar o "porquê" dos resultados. Principais responsabilidades

Construir, testar e documentar modelos de transformação de dados com DBT. Desenvolver e otimizar consultas SQL e modelos dimensionais e relacionais no BigQuery. Monitorar e otimizar performance e custo de processamento no BigQuery. Construir, manter e orquestrar pipelines de dados no Airflow. Desenvolver dashboards e modelos semânticos no Looker Platform. Levantar requisitos com stakeholders de negócio e traduzi-los em soluções de dados. Conduzir análises de causa-raiz e propor soluções baseadas em insights. Documentar e taguear ativos de dados, promovendo boas práticas de governança. Automatizar tarefas e realizar análises exploratórias com Python.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios

Experiência sólida como Engenheiro Analítico, Engenheiro de BI ou função similar. Domínio de SQL avançado, incluindo otimização de queries e modelagem dimensional e relacional. Experiência avançada com DBT na construção, testes e documentação de pipelines de transformação. Experiência com Airflow na construção, manutenção e orquestração de pipelines complexos. Conhecimento aprofundado em BigQuery, incluindo performance, gestão de custos e recursos avançados da plataforma. Familiaridade com outros serviços de dados do GCP, como Google Cloud Storage. Proficiência no desenvolvimento de dashboards no Looker Platform.

Diferenciais

Conhecimento em Python para automação, pipelines customizados e/ou análises exploratórias. Familiaridade com métricas de produto (AARRR), marketing (LTV, CAC) ou financeiras. Experiência com práticas de governança de dados, como documentação e tagueamento de ativos.

Competências comportamentais

Perfil consultivo, com facilidade para conduzir conversas com stakeholders não técnicos. Capacidade de traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções de dados. Pensamento analítico e crítico, com foco em entender a causa-raiz dos problemas. Forte cultura de documentação e organização das próprias entregas. Autonomia para atuar em ambiente 100% remoto.
