Responsável por elaborar, consolidar e controlar os orçamentos e o planejamento físico-financeiro das obras, assegurando a precisão das estimativas de custos, a viabilidade técnica e econômica dos empreendimentos e o acompanhamento dos indicadores de desempenho, contribuindo para a tomada de decisão e para o cumprimento dos prazos e resultados da empresa Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar orçamentos executivos de obras civis, infraestrutura e instalações.Realizar levantamento quantitativo de materiais e serviços a partir de projetos executivos.Elaborar composições de custos unitários e memória de cálculo.Solicitar, analisar e equalizar propostas de fornecedores e empreiteiros.Desenvolver estudos comparativos de soluções técnicas visando otimização de custos.Elaborar estimativas preliminares para estudos de viabilidade.Validar custos indiretos, administração local, mobilização, contingências e BDI.Apoiar negociações técnicas e comerciais durante processos de contratação.Elaborar cronogramas físicos e físico-financeiros.Desenvolver curvas S de avanço físico e financeiro.Definir caminho crítico e marcos contratuais.Planejar recursos de mão de obra, equipamentos e materiais.Atualizar cronogramas conforme evolução das obras.Identificar desvios de prazo e propor planos de recuperação.Elaborar cenários e simulações de impacto em prazo e custo.Acompanhar indicadores de prazo, custo, produtividade e desempenho.Realizar análises de valor agregado (EVM), quando aplicável.Controlar orçamento aprovado versus realizado.Elaborar projeções de custo final (Forecast / EAC).Apoiar reuniões gerenciais apresentando indicadores e análises executivaGarantir rastreabilidade das premissas utilizadas nos orçamentosAtuar em conjunto com Engenharia, Obras, Suprimentos, Comercial, Contratos e Financeiro.Apoiar equipes de campo na interpretação dos planejamentos.Participar da análise crítica de projetos e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria.Elaborar apresentações executivas para diretoria e clientes.Apoiar no fortalecimento da cultura de sustentabilidade da empresa, respeitando as diretrizes, normas e políticas socioambientais aplicáveis. Assim, dentro de suas atribuições e responsabilidades, atuar sempre de forma ética, proativa, segura e responsável, minimizando os impactos ambientais, incidentes de trabalho, entre outros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Engenharia Civil, com CREA ativo e regular;Experiência sólida em planejamento e acompanhamento de obras;Experiência com planejamento físico, cronogramas, caminho crítico, Lookahead, Curva S e análise de desvios;Conhecimento intermediário/avançado em MS Project e Excel;Experiência com leitura e compatibilização de projetos, medição e acompanhamento de avanço físico;Conhecimento de sequência executiva e planejamento de obras.Será um diferencial ter conhecimento em Power BI, Primavera P6, BIM/Navisworks, Last Planner System e Lean Construction;Será um diferencial ter experiência com gestão de riscos, planejamento financeiro, contratos e suprimentos;Será um diferencial ter experiência em shopping centers, retrofit e processos de aprovações/licenças;Será um diferencial ter conhecimento em inglês.
