Se você se identifica com esses valores, dá uma olhada nas ofertas de vagas que temos ai embaixo!Responsabilidades e atribuições· Gerenciar a obra (planejamento, coordenação da operação e a manutenção); · Monitorar e garantir a qualidade dos serviços executados na obra; · Gerenciar o orçamento da obra; · Gerenciar o cronograma da obra; · Gerenciar o patrimônio da obra; · Garantir a manutenção do sistema da qualidade PBQP-H e ISSO 9001 na obra; · Analisar, acompanhar e garantir a manutenção dos processos de solicitação de materiais, contratos e medições; · Executar as atividades de acordo com o caderno de execução de serviços; · Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança do trabalho, bem como a segurança no canteiro de obras; · Ser o responsável técnico dos serviços executados; · Gerenciar e mitigar os riscos da obra; · Supervisionar Encarregados e/ou Mestre de obras (quando houver); · Garantir o bom relacionamento com os empreiteiros e fornecedores; · Garantir a gestão e organização dos documentos da obra; · Replicar e treinar aos colaboradores os processos da empresa; · Acompanhar a solicitação de serviços; · Acompanhar a solicitação de materiais; · Acompanhar o controle de equipamentos; · Apoiar na prospecção de empreiteiros; · Realizar treinamentos com toda a equipe de obra, visando o desenvolvimento e capacitação; · Acompanhar a concretagem, rastreamento do concreto e mapeamento da concretagem; · Verificar existência de patologias e procurar soluções junto ao setor de projetos; · Seguir sempre a última versão do projeto liberado, em caso de dúvidas acionar a área de Projetos; · Desenvolver e conceder feedbacks aos encarregados e equipes, visando o aprimoramento do trabalho desempenhado; · Demais atividades no setor de obras.
