Responsabilidades e atribuições

🎯 O que espera por você no seu dia a dia:Coordenar execução de obras de grande porte ou alto padrão por meio da análise das frentes críticas, validação das soluções técnicas e definição das ações de correção com a ação de assegurar desempenho construtivo superior, conforme acordado com o Gernte de Obras;Conduzir análises técnicas avançadas a partir da interpretação detalhada dos projetos executivos, avaliação das metodologias e identificação dos riscos estruturais de forma a garantir segurança e viabilidade técnica;Consolidar e validar informações críticas dos empreendimentos premium (CBA Corp) através da análise dos dados técnicos, registro das alterações e alinhamento com demais áreas com o propósito de evitar divergências institucionais;Realizar medições complexas por meio da conferência das composições, comparação com o previsto e validação das entregas com a ação de sustentar controles financeiros avançados;Gerenciar múltiplas frentes simultâneas a partir da coordenação das equipes, avaliação dos impactos e definição das prioridades técnicas com a finalidade de garantir fluidez operacional;Avaliar problemas relevantes da obra utilizando técnicas avançadas de análise, investigação das causas e recomendação de soluções com o intuito de orientar decisões estratégicas;Atuar como referência técnica da obra, orientando engenheiros plenos e juniores e garantindo que a execução siga o padrão construtivo superior exigido nos empreendimentos de alta complexidade.

Requisitos e qualificações

🔎 O que esperamos de você:Pré-requisitos:Superior Completo Engenharia Civil, CREA AtivoDiferencial: Pós-Graduação em Gestão de Obras, Experiência em execução de alvenaria estrutural.Desejável: Experiência de 3 anos em obras de grande porte ou alto padrão.Conhecimentos e Habilidades Desejadas:Planejamento de obras (MS Project ou similar), BIM (Revit, Navisworks ou similar), Controle de custos, medições e composições, Métodos construtivos e inspeção de qualidade, Gestão de indicadores de desempenho de obra (Custo, Prazo, Qualidade e Produtividade), Análise de viabilidade técnica e estudo preliminar de métodos executivos de obra.Informações adicionaisAqui você encontrará um ambiente colaborativo, cheio de profissionais competentes e comprometidos.
