(Remoto)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na construção e evolução de plataformas modernas de dados, pipelines escaláveis e soluções de inteligência artificial;Projetar, desenvolver e manter pipelines de dados batch e streaming;Construir e evoluir arquiteturas de dados em ambientes cloud;Trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados, garantindo escalabilidade, performance e qualidade;Desenvolver processos de ingestão, transformação, integração e disponibilização de dados;Apoiar projetos de Data Science, Machine Learning e Inteligência Artificial;Participar da definição de padrões de arquitetura, governança, segurança e observabilidade;Atuar na modernização e migração de plataformas de dados;Colaborar com times de Engenharia, Produto, Data Science e áreas de negócio;Mentorar profissionais mais juniores e contribuir para a evolução técnica do time;Investigar problemas de performance, confiabilidade e qualidade nos ambientes de dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida em Engenharia de Dados;Domínio de Python e SQL;Experiência com construção de pipelines e arquiteturas de dados escaláveis;Conhecimento em processamento distribuído, especialmente Apache Spark;Experiência com ambientes de nuvem, como AWS, Google Cloud ou Azure;Conhecimento de bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais;Experiência com Data Lake, Data Warehouse ou Lakehouse;Vivência com ferramentas de orquestração, como Airflow, Dagster ou similares;Conhecimento de práticas de CI/CD, versionamento de código e infraestrutura como código;Familiaridade com monitoramento, observabilidade, qualidade e governança de dados.Diferencial:Experiência com Databricks, dbt, Kafka ou tecnologias similares;Atuação em projetos de Machine Learning, GenAI ou sistemas baseados em agentes de IA;Experiência com arquitetura de soluções orientadas a dados e produtos de IA;Conhecimento em MLOps, LLMOps ou observabilidade de aplicações de IA;Certificações em cloud, Databricks ou Engenharia de Dados;Participação em projetos open source, portfólio técnico ou iniciativas pessoais de tecnologia;Inglês avançado.Informações adicionais🍛 Vale-alimentação ou vale-refeição;👨🏼‍🎓 Desconto em cursos, universidades e instituições de idiomas;📚 Academia Stefanini — plataforma com cursos on-line, gratuitos, atualizados e com certificado;🗣 Mentoring;💉 Clube de vantagens para consultas e exames;🏥 Assistência médica;🦷 Assistência odontológica;💰 Clube de vantagens e descontos nos melhores estabelecimentos;🛫 Clube de viagens;🐶 Convênio para pets.
