A atuação envolve o desenvolvimento de soluções robustas e escaláveis, incluindo data warehouse, data lake e lakehouse, garantindo a ingestão, transformação e disponibilização dos dados para apoiar a tomada de decisão estratégica. A pessoa será responsável por estruturar e otimizar pipelines de dados, realizar modelagem de bancos de dados seguindo boas práticas e padrões consolidados. Demais, né? 😍Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEngenharia e Arquitetura de Dados:Estruturar e evoluir a arquitetura de data warehouse, data lake e lakehouse da empresa;Criar e otimizar fluxos de ETL/ELT para ingestão e transformação de dados;Desenvolver e manter pipelines de dados robustos e escaláveis;Realizar a modelagem de bancos de dados seguindo padrões de projetos e modelagem dimensional (Kimball).Infraestrutura e Sustentação:Configurar e manter a infraestrutura de dados em ambiente AWS;Sustentar e aprimorar a infraestrutura já existente;Orquestrar fluxos de dados utilizando DBT e Prefect;Trabalhar com plataformas de data warehouse como Postgres, Redshift, Snowflake;Garantir a disponibilidade, performance e confiabilidade dos sistemas de dados.Governança e Boas Práticas:Estabelecer e garantir a governança de dados na empresa;Implementar boas práticas de engenharia de dados e qualidade de dados;Dar sustentação aos times de governança e backoffice.Colaboração e Suporte ao Negócio:Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas de marketing, vendas, tecnologia e outras áreas de negócio;Desenvolver automações, dashboards e métricas que atendam às necessidades das áreas;Traduzir regras de negócio em soluções técnicas de dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa ou em andamento em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Matemática ou Engenharias.Conhecimentos Técnicos Obrigatórios:Experiência sólida em SQL e programação (preferencialmente Python);Experiência com PostgreSQL;Conhecimento em infraestrutura AWS;Domínio de ferramentas de orquestração de dados: Prefect e dbt.Conhecimentos Técnicos que são diferenciais:Conhecimento em plataformas de data warehouse: Snowflake ou Redshift;Conhecimento de padrões de projetos e modelagem dimensional (Kimball) e/ou modelagem de banco de dados;Conhecimento em arquiteturas de dados e modelagem de estruturas de Data Warehouse, Data Lake e Lakehouse;Conhecimento em arquitetura de soluções de dados.Informações adicionaisNossos benefícios: Trabalho 100% remoto e auxílio home office;Contamos com Vale Alimentação e Vale Refeição;Cuidamos da sua saúde!
