Sem ela, o time entrega, mas não consolida padrão — e a plataforma cresce sem sustentação arquitetural.Principais responsabilidades• Desenvolver componentes de agentes com LangGraph e LangChain, incluindo orquestração, estado, memória e uso de ferramentas.• Integrar modelos e serviços de execução utilizando Amazon Bedrock e Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.• Implementar e sustentar o Model Gateway, com acesso padronizado, roteamento de modelos, limites de consumo e contingência.• Implementar guardrails de entrada e saída, autorização de ferramentas, limites de ação e aprovação humana nos fluxos necessários.• Desenvolver contratos de ferramentas e integrações via APIs e MCP, utilizando n8n para automações e workflows.• Implementar avaliação contínua, rastreabilidade e monitoramento de qualidade, latência, falhas e custos.• Criar templates e componentes para o portal self-service, apoiando a adoção e a evolução das soluções até produção.Requisitos e qualificações •Experiência sólida em Python e desenvolvimento de aplicações de IA generativa em produção.•Experiência prática com LangGraph e LangChain.•Experiência com AWS, Amazon Bedrock e Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.•Conhecimento de guardrails, segurança de agentes e controle de acesso a dados e ferramentas.•Experiência com Model Gateway, integração de modelos e gestão de consumo.•Experiência com n8n, APIs REST e contratos de ferramentas via MCP.•Conhecimento de RAG, avaliação de agentes, observabilidade e práticas de LLMOps/AgentOps.•Experiência com testes automatizados, Git e CI/CD.
