Projetar, desenvolver e colocar em produção soluções de inteligência artificial que resolvam problemas reais de negócio, atuando com autonomia em todo o ciclo de vida dos modelos — da exploração de dados ao monitoramento em produção. 

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver e treinar modelos de ML/DL para problemas de classificação, predição, NLP e visão computacional 

• Projetar e implementar pipelines de dados para treinamento e inferência de modelos 

• Construir e manter aplicações baseadas em LLMs (chatbots, assistentes, automação inteligente) 

• Implementar arquiteturas RAG, agentes de IA e sistemas de busca semântica 

• Criar e manter pipelines de MLOps (treinamento, validação, deploy, monitoramento) 

• Desenvolver testes automatizados e evals para qualidade de modelos 

• Otimizar performance e custo de inferência em produção 

• Documentar decisões técnicas, experimentos e resultados Requisitos e qualificações• Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Matemática, Estatística ou áreas correlatas 

• 5+ anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de software, sendo 2+ com IA/ML 

• Domínio de Python e ecossistema de ML (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, scikit-learn) 

• Experiência com LLMs, APIs de IA (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) e prompt engineering 

• Conhecimento de bancos vetoriais (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) 

• Experiência com cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP) e containers (Docker, Kubernetes) 

• Familiaridade com práticas de MLOps e versionamento de modelos 

• Inglês intermediário a avançado 

Diferenciais

• Mestrado em IA, ML ou áreas afins 

• Experiência com fine-tuning de LLMs e RLHF 

• Conhecimento de computer vision (YOLO, ViT) 

• Certificações em cloud ou ML
