Você vai construir, automatizar, operar e manter a infraestrutura de computação, rede e armazenamento que sustenta a plataforma. Também vai desenvolver pipelines de Infraestrutura como Código (IaC), automatizar o ciclo de vida de clusters e garantir alta disponibilidade, resiliência de dados e observabilidade dos serviços em produção.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Construir, operar e manter a infraestrutura de computação, rede e armazenamento da Plataforma de Nuvem Privada; Desenvolver e manter pipelines de Infraestrutura como Código (Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible); Implementar automações para o ciclo de vida de clusters Kubernetes (provisionamento, atualização e escalonamento); Operar e sustentar o storage distribuído baseado em Ceph, garantindo performance, integridade e disponibilidade dos dados; Garantir alta disponibilidade, resiliência e continuidade dos serviços em produção; Configurar e evoluir a stack de observabilidade (métricas, logs, alertas e tracing); Atuar no troubleshooting de incidentes em Linux, rede, storage e Kubernetes; Documentar processos, padrões e procedimentos operacionais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações

Educação Superior Completa Experiência sólida em infraestrutura de TI, administração de servidores Linux, redes e automação de ambientes produtivos; Vivência prática na sustentação de ambientes Kubernetes em produção e no uso de ferramentas de Infraestrutura como Código (IaC); Linux: administração avançada (RHEL, SLE Micro, Ubuntu), troubleshooting de kernel, gerenciamento de processos, systemd, LVM e automação de boot (cloud-init/Ignition); Kubernetes e containers: operação prática de Deployments, StatefulSets, DaemonSets, ConfigMaps, Secrets, RBAC, Services, Ingress/CRDs e runtimes de containers (containerd/CRI-O); Storage distribuído com Ceph: operação e troubleshooting de Ceph (RBD, CephFS), preferencialmente via Rook, além de provisionamento de volumes via CSI; Redes: TCP/IP, DNS (CoreDNS/Bind), Linux Bridges, Bonds (LACP), VLANs 802.1Q e balanceamento de carga (HAProxy, Keepalived, NGINX, Traefik, Istio); Virtualização: conceitos e operação de KVM/QEMU; Automação e IaC: Git (GitFlow, Trunk-Based), Ansible/Python e Terraform ou OpenTofu.

Diferenciais:

Experiência com distribuições Kubernetes corporativas (RKE2 / SUSE Rancher ou Red Hat OpenShift); Experiência com hiperconvergência (Harvester HCI, KubeVirt ou OpenShift Virtualization); Conhecimento em Longhorn e em rotinas de backup e restore de clusters com Velero; Experiência com MetalLB, CNI plugins (Calico, Cilium, Canal) e integração com controladores de entrega de aplicação (ADC); GitOps e CI/CD com Argo CD ou FluxCD, e gestão de imagens com Harbor (incluindo replicação e assinatura em redes isoladas); Observabilidade com Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, Loki e Jaeger/OpenTelemetry; Certificações CKA, CKAD, RHCSA ou LPIC-2.
