Estamos em busca de um(a)Engenheiro de Elétricapara integrar nosso time!Responsável por estruturar e desenvolver a área elétrica da planta, garantindo a definição de estratégias de manutenção, qualificação técnica da equipe e padronização de normas, procedimentos, rotinas e indicadores, assegurando segurança, confiabilidade e eficiência operacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar tecnicamente na área de engenharia de manutenção e utilidades, abrangendo subestações, sistemas elétricos, automação, instrumentação e cumprimento de normas técnicas aplicáveis;Estruturar a área elétrica da planta, incluindo normas, documentação, procedimentos, rotinas e KPIs;Liderar atividades de manutenção em sistemas elétricos de baixa, média e alta tensão, incluindo subestações (13,8kV/380VAC/220VAC) e QGBT’s;Atuar na programação e manutenção de CLPs e SDCDs;Desenvolver projetos relacionados à área de utilidades e subestações elétricas;Gerenciar sistemas de geração de energia, banco de capacitores e no-breaks;Garantir o cumprimento e a atualização das normas regulamentadoras e técnicas (NR10, NR12, NR13, NBR 5410, NBR 5419, IEC 60079, entre outras);Atuar como responsável técnico habilitado para sistemas de alta, média e baixa tensão (SEP);Gerenciar os principais consumidores de energia da planta, buscando otimização e eficiência;Garantir a manutenção de sistemas críticos e de emergência, como combate e alarme de incêndio e sistemas de gases;Gerir documentação técnica da área elétrica, assegurando conformidade e atualização;Participar e conduzir análises de riscos (HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA, RCA, entre outras);Apoiar a elaboração e gestão de sistemas instrumentados de segurança (SIS/SIF);Administrar e capacitar o sistema LOTO entre equipes de manutenção e operação;Analisar e aprovar laudos técnicos de fornecedores, definindo planos de ação quando necessário;Gerir contratos e fornecedores de serviços de manutenção, calibração e materiais;Liderar e acompanhar planos de manutenção preventiva e preditiva;Gerenciar equipe técnica de elétrica (incluindo terceiros);Elaborar e acompanhar cronogramas para paradas de fábrica;Atuar em campo garantindo segurança, cumprimento de normas e boas práticas;Suportar projetos de engenharia conforme diretrizes globais;Acompanhar indicadores de performance da área e propor melhorias;Participar de auditorias internas e externas;Gerir budget da área, propondo iniciativas para otimização de custos;Garantir cumprimento das normas de SHE (Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente) e requisitos legais aplicáveis.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Engenharia Elétrica;Experiência em engenharia de manutenção, preferencialmente em indústrias química ou farmacêutica;Experiência em manutenção e operação de subestações de média e/ou alta tensão;CREA ativo - obrigatório;Conhecimento em Pacote Office - intermediário - obrigatório;Inglês intermediário- obrigatório;Informações adicionaisPrograma de Participação nos Resultados;Plano de Saúde com co-participação;Plano Odontológico;Convênio Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Plano de Ações;Previdência Privada;Vale Alimentação;
