Apoiar e controlar as medições de serviços executados e materiais aplicados na obra, garantindo a precisão das informações contratuais, a correta apuração dos valores para faturamento e pagamento, bem como o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos e das exigências dos clientes

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar e administrar as medições de serviços e materiais executados em determinado período, com base em planilhas de produção, projetos, contratos e verificações realizadas em campo. Validar quantitativos e evidências de execução dos serviços, assegurando a conformidade das medições com os critérios contratuais estabelecidos. Analisar notas fiscais de serviços e materiais, verificando aderência aos pedidos de compra, contratos, incidências fiscais e demais requisitos para processamento e lançamento no sistema ERP da empresa. Realizar lançamentos e controles das medições e faturamentos nos sistemas corporativos. Acompanhar e controlar o fluxo de envio das medições e documentações ao cliente, garantindo o atendimento aos prazos previstos. Conduzir tratativas e negociações com clientes relacionadas a critérios de medição, validação de quantitativos, glosas e ajustes contratuais. Atualizar planilhas e indicadores de controle contratual, contribuindo para o fechamento mensal e acompanhamento dos resultados da obra. Elaborar aditivos contratuais de subcontratados, garantindo a formalização de alterações de escopo, prazo e valores. Controlar o processo de liberação de retenções contratuais junto a clientes e fornecedores. Elaborar termos de encerramento de contratos e apoiar os processos de encerramento administrativo da obra. Organizar e assegurar o arquivamento da documentação contratual e dos processos de medição ao término dos empreendimentos. Monitorar o cumprimento dos prazos contratuais por meio de checklists e ferramentas de controle. Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, disponibilizando documentação e evidências relacionadas às medições e contratos.
