Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Produto para atuar em Lençóis Paulista/SP! Se você tem perfil analítico, visão técnica, é organizado(a) e gosta de desafios que envolvem desenvolvimento de produtos, inovação, melhoria contínua e acompanhamento de projetos, essa oportunidade é para você.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável por analisar produtos em desenvolvimento (projeto), garantindo integridade técnica, funcionalidade e manufaturabilidade; analisar as mudanças em projetos (alteração de escopo), avaliando impactos em performance, materiais (polímeros) e custos; controlar e atualizar os diretórios de fases de projetos, assegurando a organização da documentação e a rastreabilidade das informações; gerir os cronogramas de projetos, monitorando marcos críticos e garantindo o atendimento rigoroso aos prazos; criar e validar as especificações técnicas de projetos, assegurando requisitos de montagem e performance; auxiliar no suporte técnico aos clientes, colaborando na resolução de dúvidas complexas e viabilidade de soluções; fazer a interface entre as diversas áreas da empresa (Engenharia, Produção, Qualidade), garantindo o fluxo de comunicação técnica; suportar tecnicamente o time Comercial e demais áreas da organização (Suprimentos, Industrial, Logística e Marketing) em análises de viabilidade e suporte estratégico; organizar e comunicar os padrões de qualidade da área, garantindo que o design atenda aos requisitos econômicos e de engenharia; selecionar e validar matérias-primas e polímeros, aplicando metodologias de engenharia para otimização de produtos e processos.
