Buscamos um(a) profissional para planejar e executar projetos de engenharia, conduzindo análises de risco e garantindo a viabilidade técnica e econômica. Será responsável pela gestão de cronogramas, recursos, e interfaces com equipes e fornecedores, além de supervisionar obras e coordenar equipes multidisciplinares para assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos e normas estabelecidas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejamento e execução de projetos de engenharia, com acompanhamento das etapas desde o planejamento até a entrega.Desenvolver e revisar projetos técnicos, especificações e desenhos em conformidade com as normas da empresa e regulamentações aplicáveis.Conduzir análises de riscoSuportar a viabilidade técnica e econômica dos projetos, propondo soluções para otimizar recursos e custos.Realizar a gestão de cronogramas, identificando e solucionando possíveis desvios ou riscos.Acompanhar e controlar os recursos materiais e humanos necessários à execução dos projetos.Elaborar e revisar documentação técnica e relatórios gerenciais.Interface com equipes de campo, fornecedores e outras áreas da empresa, assegurando a integração dos processos.Participar ativamente de reuniões de alinhamento e apresentações para stakeholders internos e externos.Coordenar equipes multidisciplinares, promovendo a colaboração e o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.Acompanhamento de Obras: Supervisionar a execução dos projetos em campo, garantindo conformidade com os planos estabelecidos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior em Engenharia (Elétrica, Mecânica, Civil, Química);Pós-graduação ou especialização em gestão de projetos (PMP ou equivalente) será considerado um diferencial;Domínio de software de modelagem, desenho e gestão de projetos (Mandatório: AutoCAD e MS Project);Conhecimento e experiência na aplicação da metodologia FEL (Front-End Loading), especialmente nas fases de FEL 1, FEL 2 e FEL 3, para garantir o adequado planejamento e definição dos projetos desde a concepção até o detalhamento final;Habilidade em análise de dados e relatórios técnicos;Conhecimentos em normas técnicas e regulamentações da área de atuação;Habilidades de comunicação para interagir com equipes multidisciplinares e apresentar soluções de forma clara e objetiva;Capacidade de identificar, analisar e mitigar riscos técnicos e financeiros durante a execução dos projetos;Inglês técnico, utilização da ferramenta HAZOP e conhecimento em metodologias ágeis serão considerados diferenciais;Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos e liderança, mesmo que indireta, de equipes;Experiência mínima de 3 anos em engenharia de projetos, com atuação em todas as fases do ciclo de vida do projeto (planejamento, execução e entrega), preferencialmente na indústria química ou petroquímica;Disponibilidade para viagens (mandatório).Informações adicionaisVale Transporte;Vale Refeição ou Alimentação;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Gympass;Participação nos Lucros.
