Caso não tenha encontrado nenhuma vaga dentro do seu perfil, compartilhe as suas informações e currículos no nosso banco de talentos sinalizando suas áreas de interesse.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir a implementação, manutenção e evolução do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade nos canteiros de obras, alinhado às normas internas e requisitos legais;Desenvolver, revisar e padronizar procedimentos, instruções de trabalho, checklists e controles operacionais aplicados às etapas construtivas;Realizar auditorias de processo e inspeções técnicas em obra, verificando conformidade com projetos, normas técnicas (ABNT/NBRs) e padrões da construtora;Monitorar e orientar as equipes de obra quanto à execução correta dos serviços, prevenindo não conformidades e retrabalhos;Coordenar o tratamento de não conformidades, causas, ações corretivas e preventivas, garantindo o registro e a solução adequada;Acompanhar ensaios tecnológicos (concreto, argamassa, solo, estanqueidade, entre outros) e garantir que os resultados estejam em conformidade com os requisitos do projeto;Apoiar a elaboração e atualização dos Planos da Qualidade da Obra (PQO);Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da qualidade, propondo ações de melhoria contínua;Avaliar e qualificar fornecedores e serviços terceirizados do ponto de vista técnico e de qualidade;Realizar treinamentos e capacitações sobre boas práticas construtivas, procedimentos e cultura da qualidade;Participar de comissionamentos, vistorias, pré-entregas e entregas técnicas, garantindo que os padrões de qualidade sejam atendidos.Requisitos e qualificações Formação: Completa em Engenharia Civil;
