Elaboração de projetos e revisão de plantas, desenvolvimento de estudos de analises de riscos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades:Participação/Desenvolvimento de estudos de risco (APR/AQR/ HAZOP);Desenvolvimento de projetos básicos e de detalhamento para instalações industriais, preferencialmente em refino ou petroquímica;Desenvolver de documentação de projetos da área de segurança (Fluxogramas de Engenharia, memórias de cálculo, plantas de segurança e classificação de áreas, folhas de dados, especificações técnicas, etc);Execução de projetos com legislações estaduais de proteção contra incêndio e normas do Corpo de Bombeiros;Elaboração de projetos e sistemas fixos de proteção contra incêndio – Hidrantes e Canhões; Elaboração de sistemas de Detecção e Alarme de Incêndio;Elaboração de sistemas de dilúvio;Elaboração de proteção por extintores;Classificação de áreas para atmosferas explosivas;Sinalização de saídas de emergência e rotas de fuga;Sinalização de iluminação de Emergência e sinalização de Emergência;Proteção passiva (“Fireproofing”).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade:Possuir curso superior em Engenharia (Química, Mecânica, Civil, Elétrica ou Controle e Automação) e Pós graduação em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho;Registro ativo.Conhecimentos obrigatórios:Possuir no mínimo, 5 (cinco) anos de experiência em projetos em Segurança de Processos e analise de riscos;Domínio no software Autodesk AutoCAD;Conhecimento em APR, AQR, HAZOP;Conhecimentos Desejáveis:Desejável conhecimento dos softwares: COMOS PQM, Navisworks/Environ,Sigem;Conhecimento dos softwares Epanet/Pipenet/AFT Phaton para projeto hidráulico de sistemas de proteção;Pós-graduação em Segurança de Processos ou Engenharia de Confiabilidade (será considerado um diferencial).Informações adicionais
