Supervisionar, coordenar e orientar tecnicamente os serviços de Engenharia e Segurança do Trabalho, estudando as condições de segurança dos locais de trabalho, das instalações e equipamentos; planejar e desenvolver controle de riscos; vistoriar, avaliar e realizar perícias; arbitrar, emitir pareceres e laudos técnicos e propor políticas, programas e normas de Segurança do Trabalho, para garantir a saúde e integridade física dos colaboradores.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstudar as condições de segurança dos locais de trabalho, instalações e equipamentos, observando problemas de controle de risco, higiene do trabalho, ergonomia e proteção contra incêndio, recomendando medidas para sua normalização;Desenvolver e atualizar dados sobre técnicas relativas a gerenciamento de controle de riscos, embasando o Programa de Prevenção de Riscos Ambientais – PPRA;Emitir pareceres e laudos técnicos, com base em vistorias realizadas, indicando medidas de controle sobre o grau de exposição a agentes agressivos de riscos físicos, químicos e biológicos, caracterizando as atividades, operações e locais insalubres e perigosos, visando recomendar medidas para normalização bem como identificar a execução de laudos específicos;Preencher o formulário “Perfil Profissiográfico Previdenciário” (PPP) ou DIRBEN 8030 do INSS-MPAS, utilizando-se de Laudo Técnico Individual para Fins de Aposentadoria Especial, e fornecer aos colaboradores solicitantes;Acompanhar a periodicidade de inspeções de vasos de pressão e laudos técnicos de Para-Raios e instalações elétricas;Analisar em conjunto com a equipe, os riscos, acidentes de trabalho e falhas nos processos, investigando causas, propondo medidas preventivas e corretivas às áreas envolvidas;Projetar e acompanhar com a equipe do SESMT, sistemas de proteção contra incêndios, elaborando planos para emergência e abandono de áreas;Fiscalizar em conjunto com a equipe do SESMT, os sistemas de proteção coletiva, equipamentos de proteção individual e os de proteção contra incêndio, assegurando-se de sua qualidade e eficiência;Opinar na aquisição de substâncias e equipamentos cuja manipulação, armazenamento, transporte, funcionamento e descarte, possam apresentar riscos de acidente, verificando com os demais envolvidos, ações que evitem acidentes;Participar junto com a equipe do SESMT, Controle de Infecção Hospitalar e demais áreas envolvidas na elaboração e no desenvolvimento de treinamento de prevenção de acidentes e biossegurança, baseados nas peculiaridades das atividades e acompanhar junto com a área envolvida o atendimento;Acompanhar junto com a equipe do SESMT, a coleta de água para análises de potabilidade e parâmetros à hemodiálise, recebendo informações dos resultados e encaminhar as áreas competentes para as providências necessárias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em Engenharia Civil, Mecânica ou Elétrica com especialização em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho;Desejável Pós Graduação completa em Segurança do Trabalho;Conhecimento em Gerenciamento de Resíduos, Legislação Trabalhista e Informática nível usuário.
