Estamos em busca de um profissional para atuar no suporte de monitoração que atuará na definição da Arquitetura de solução, implementando e sustentando o Stack de Tecnológico de monitoração do Command Center de um grande cliente.Que tal fazer parte deste time de sucesso?#VempraKalendaeResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar definição da arquitetura de solução, implementação e sustentação do stack tecnológico de monitoração do Command Center.Compreender a arquitetura tecnológica atual de monitoração, observabilidade, correlação de eventos e resposta a incidentes, e as implicações das necessidades do negócio e da TI.Compreender e implementar integração entre as diferentes ferramentas já utilizadas.Desenvolver automações para as ferramentas e processos já utilizados.Criar e configurar dashboards nas ferramentas já utilizadas e nas que possam ser instaladas depois da definição do stack tecnológico.Identificar gaps de stack tecnológico e oportunidades de automação, de forma proativa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil multidisciplinar;Participar ativamente de reuniões de Comitês para maior compreensão de suas dores e desejos em relação às necessidades das outras equipe do Command Center;Conhecimento e experiência na administração, automação, integração e uso de ferramentas e softwares de monitoramento, observabilidade, notificação e ITSI. Soluções como: Datadog, Splunk, Zabbix, Grafana, Jira Service Management, PagerDuty, PowerBI e soluções Microsoft como PowerApps e PowerAutomate.O conhecimento necessário é o de administração, automação e integração com as soluções listadas acima, e não apenas como usuário das mesmas.Conhecimento em tecnologias como: Docker, Kubernetes, API REST, Terraform.Conhecimento na plataforma cloud AWS para criar e configurar recursos como: EC2, DynamoDB, Lambda, RDS PostgreSQL e WAF.Conhecimento em Linux que permita a configuração de uma instância EC2, instalação e configuração de ferramentas como Mysql, POstgresql, NGINX, Docker engine e outras.Conhecimento em liguagem de programação utilizadas na automação e integração entre ferramentas: Python, Shell script e Groovy.Conhecimento em processos de governança de TI.Conhecimento em modelo AIOps. Experiência:Aptidão técnica e conhecimento dentro da arquitetura técnica e outros domíniosCapacidade de buscar e compreender rapidamente novas tecnologias, assim como suas funções e featuresCapacidade de articulação e direcionamento de discussões de dependências e impactos entre negócio e tecnologiaInformações adicionaisExperiência em empresas do setor financeiro
