O Hapvida NotreDame está em busca de um(a) Engenheiro(a) Jr de Engenharia Clínica dinâmico(a) e focado(a) em resultados para integrar a nossa equipe na regional que compreende os estados do Pará, Amazonas e Maranhão.Nesta posição, você atuará de forma estratégica na gestão de equipamentos médicos, suporte operacional às unidades assistenciais e acompanhamento de manutenções preventivas e corretivas, garantindo a segurança do paciente e a alta disponibilidade tecnológica do parque hospitalar. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar tecnicamente a gestão de equipamentos médicos, assegurando o cumprimento do cronograma de manutenção preventiva, calibração e segurança elétrica.Assegurar a aplicação dos procedimentos operacionais padrão (POP) de Engenharia Clínica junto às equipes técnicas das unidades regionais.Elaborar e implantar procedimentos operacionais para garantir a rastreabilidade técnica das manutenções e do gerenciamento tecnológico.Treinar equipes multidisciplinares sobre rotinas, fluxos e procedimentos de Engenharia Clínica.Operar e coordenar a utilização de sistema de gerenciamento de manutenção para o parque de equipamentos.Fornecer suporte técnico operacional para assegurar a continuidade da manutenção de equipamentos médicos.Validar orçamentos técnicos enviados por prestadores de serviços de manutenção.Acompanhar e responder pelo cumprimento de indicadores de Qualidade e Auditorias Internas e Externas.Monitorar indicadores de desempenho operacional da Engenharia Clínica na regional.Garantir a resolutividade interna e o suporte técnico junto à equipe da regional.Requisitos e qualificações Obrigatório:Formação superior completa nas áreas de Engenharia Biomédica, Engenharia Eletrônica, Engenharia Eletrotécnica ou áreas afins.Especialização em Engenharia Clínica.Domínio do Pacote Office intermediário.Experiência anterior com Engenharia Clínica e manutenção de equipamentos médicos.Disponibilidade para viagens.Desejável:Experiência prévia em ambiente hospitalar ou coordenação de processos.Perfil comportamental voltado para proatividade, resiliência, sentimento de dono e comunicação assertiva.Fortes habilidades em auto-gestão, gestão de prioridades, senso de urgência, responsabilidade e pontualidade.
