Dar apoio a gestão da área de Manutenção Industrial em todos as unidade de negócio da empresa, mantendo os ativos industriais em condições de operação, zelando pela integridade física e/ou uso adequados à sua demanda de utilização pelas áreas operacionais.Responsabilidades e atribuições Assegurar condições de desempenho dos ativos industriais, de forma que as áreas produtivas alcancem os níveis de produção previstos respeitando a maneabilidade dos equipamentos;Gestão de documentos técnicos;Acompanhamento técnico para novos projetos, instalações;Otimizar a utilização dos equipamentos, através do desenvolvimento e aplicação de planos de manutenção em conjunto com as áreas de PCP;Produção e Controle de Qualidade;Fazer com que a área de engenharia de manutenção trabalhe em sintonia com as áreas produtivas identificando oportunidades de melhoria nos ativos de modo a melhorar os parâmetros de confiabilidade, disponibilidade, maneabilidade e operabilidade;Assegurar que a Área de Planejamento de Manutenção atue em conjunto com as áreas de PCP e Produção de modo a identificar janelas de oportunidades de intervenção preventiva buscando o resultado otimizado de manter os ativos sem gerar interferências no plano de produção e vice-versa;Controlar o Desempenho da Manutenção, por meio da emissão e análise de Indicadores, visando assegurar o cumprimento das diretrizes estabelecida;Realizar estudos periódicos de consumo de sobressalentes de modo a identificar oportunidades de otimização, padronização e nacionalização;Prover treinamentos técnicos aos mantenedores para garantir o nível de qualidade dos mesmos no atendimento às intervenções de manutenção;Focar o resultado da área nos melhores indicadores de MTBF (Tempo médio entre Falhas), MTTR (Tempo médio para reparo) e primar para que as intervenções corretivas estejam controladas com um trabalho eficaz através dos planos de manutenção preventiva e preditiva;Garantir que as rondas de inspeção de ativos industriais e prediais sejam realizadas de maneira eficaz de modo a antever estados de falhas e fazer com a equipe atua pro-ativamente de modo a evitar a falha;Promover análise de falhas de equipamentos críticos de modo a estabelecer planos de mitigação para reduzir o risco de paradas de grande impacto ao processo produtivo, segurança e  meio ambiente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesÁrea de estudo: Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Mecânica ou Engenheria de Automação, áreas afins.Grau de instrução mínimo: Ensino Superior Completo Grau de instrução desejável: Pós Graduação Cursando Conhecimento | Experiência Análise de falhas; Conhecimento em Pacote Office; Conhecimento em SAP será considerado um diferencial; Conhecimento em Power BI será considerado um diferencial.
