A posição terá papel essencial na construção de estimativas de investimento, apoio à tomada de decisão e otimização dos recursos destinados à expansão e modernização da rede.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades:Referência da área para orçamento de lojas, reformas e base de custosGarantir a consistência e consolidação da base orçamentáriaDar visibilidade sobre desvios de orçamento e buscar ações integradas no DAEApoiar negociações e estruturação de custosAssegurar padronização de premissas e dados de orçamentoAtividadesConsolidação da base orçamentária (lojas comparáveis e racionais)Elaboração de orçamento (RNR, YCM, CAM, ASH)Reporte do orçamento e acompanhamento do processo até a aprovação da lojaConstrução e atualização do FollowCriação planilha de extras e manutenção do valor aprovado das lojas novas e atualização de dadosDefinição e análise de LPU e suporte a negociaçõesGestão e reporte de indicadores de custo (R$/m² e histórico)Apoio em análises e materiais executivos de custoAprovações no sistema referente a contratações e aquisições de obras e buyoutsRequisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Experiência na elaboração de orçamentos de obras, preferencialmente em projetos comerciais, varejo, expansão, reformas ou retrofit.Vivência com levantamento de quantitativos, composição de custos, análise de projetos e estruturação de planilhas orçamentárias.Experiência com custos de implantação, CAPEX, concorrências técnicas e equalização de propostas.Conhecimento em obras multidisciplinares, envolvendo civil, elétrica, hidráulica, climatização, prevenção e combate a incêndio, comunicação visual e sistemas especiais.Engenharia de Custos.Elaboração de orçamentos de obras civis e instalações.Levantamento de quantitativos a partir de projetos técnicos.Leitura e interpretação de projetos multidisciplinares.Composições de custos diretos e indiretos.Curva ABC, BDI, encargos, produtividade e premissas de contratação.Tabelas SINAPI, TCPO e referências de mercado da construção civil.Excel avançado.Power BI, como diferencial.Conhecimento em BIM, AutoCAD, Revit ou softwares de orçamento, como diferencial.Informações adicionaisFique por dentro dos nossos benefícios!
