Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Processos - Especialista, para integrar o time de Engenharia de Biometano, com atuação estratégica no desenvolvimento técnico de novos projetos e na otimização das unidades existentes.Essa posição terá papel central na estruturação e maturação técnica dos projetos, atuando desde estudos preliminares até o projeto básico, com forte interface multidisciplinar e participação ativa nas decisões técnicas e econômicas do negócio.Procuramos um(a) profissional com elevada capacidade analítica, visão sistêmica de processos industriais e maturidade técnica para liderar discussões, estruturar análises comparativas e sustentar recomendações técnicas junto às liderançasResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuará nas diferentes fases de desenvolvimento dos projetos de biometano, desde estudos preliminares até a etapa de projeto básico, contribuindo tecnicamente para a tomada de decisão e maturação dos empreendimentos.🔎 Estudos PreliminaresAvaliar novas oportunidades de aproveitamento energético de biogás.Coletar e analisar dados de processo, explorando alternativas tecnológicas aplicáveis a cada cenário.Apoiar estudos de layout industrial e processos de licenciamento ambiental.Contribuir na elaboração de estimativas de Capex e Opex (classe 5).Apoiar a elaboração de estudos de viabilidade técnico-econômica (EVTE).🧩 Projeto ConceitualDefinir tecnologias de processamento mais adequadas ao projeto.Interagir com fornecedores para entendimento técnico e obtenção de propostas.Elaborar documentação técnica preliminar, como RFQs, diagramas de blocos (BFD) e memoriais descritivos.Mapear riscos técnicos, premissas e pontos de indefinição do projeto.🏗 Projeto BásicoRevisar e aprovar documentação técnica de processo, incluindo PFDs, P&IDs e descritivos de processo.Participar de análises de risco (HAZOP), revisões multidisciplinares e revisões de modelo 3D (30%, 60% e 90%).Apoiar a fase de pré-operação, incluindo atividades relacionadas a PATEC, ADF e demais etapas de preparação para comissionamento.PÁGINA3 / 4Requisitos e qualificaçõesormaçãoEnsino superior completo em Engenharia, preferencialmente Engenharia Química.🏭 ExperiênciaMínimo de 8 anos de experiência como Engenheiro(a) de Processos em projetos industriais e/ou plantas operacionais.Experiência sólida com processos de tratamento de gás (remoção de H₂S, separação CO₂/N₂, desidratação, entre outros).Experiência em análises técnico-econômicas e estruturação de estudos de viabilidade.Vivência com biogás e/ou biometano será considerada diferencial relevante.🛠 Habilidades TécnicasCapacidade de liderança técnica e tomada de decisão.Experiência em ambientes multidisciplinares.Excel avançado.Conhecimento em AutoCAD.Desejável experiência com softwares de simulação de processo (Aspen Plus, HYSYS ou equivalentes).📍 LocalidadeResidir em São Paulo, com fácil acesso às regiões da Berrini e Barueri.Disponibilidade para viagens esporádicas.Perfil analítico e estruturado.Visão estratégica e orientação para resultado.Proatividade e senso de dono.Boa comunicação e capacidade de influência técnica.Informações adicionaisAssistência médica Assistência odontológica Auxílio academia Auxílio farmácia Cesta de natal Seguro de vida Vale-refeição Vale-transporte
