Buscamos um Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud) para atuar na evolução das jornadas digitais de uso e relacionamento do cliente nos canais digitais (App e Bot conversacional), integrando Salesforce com APIs, aplicativo móvel e plataformas conversacionais. O profissional atuará no desenvolvimento de soluções na plataforma Salesforce utilizando Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) e integrações via APIs REST/SOAP, participando da evolução dos canais digitais e da construção de jornadas digitais escaláveis e de alta performance.
