O profissional terá atuação em diferentes tipologias de obras, com atenção especial aos mercados de saneamento, data centers, edificações e energia, interagindo com fornecedores, áreas de engenharia, propostas e demais equipes envolvidas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar cotações e equalizações técnico-comerciais de serviços para elaboração de propostas;Interpretar projetos, memoriais, escopos e demais documentos técnicos para entendimento das necessidades de contratação;Identificar, consultar e desenvolver fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, ampliando a base de parceiros e buscando maior competitividade;Realizar pesquisas e análises de mercado, identificando novas empresas, tecnologias, soluções construtivas e oportunidades de redução de custos;Apoiar a definição de estratégias de contratação para diferentes pacotes de serviços;Negociar condições comerciais, prazos, premissas e condições de fornecimento;Elaborar mapas de cotação e análises comparativas, identificando riscos e oportunidades;Atuar de forma integrada com Engenharia, Propostas, Planejamento e demais áreas envolvidas;Conduzir os processos respeitando os princípios de ética, transparência, compliance e governança da HTB.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Engenharia Civil;Vivência em Suprimentos, Orçamentos, Propostas ou Engenharia de Obras;Conhecimento de diferentes sistemas construtivos e tipos de obras;Boa capacidade de leitura e interpretação de projetos e escopos técnicos;Conhecimento de mercado e boa rede de fornecedores, ou capacidade comprovada de desenvolver novos parceiros;Perfil dinâmico, proativo e investigativo, com disposição para pesquisar o mercado e buscar alternativas;Boa comunicação e capacidade de negociação, sabendo transitar entre fornecedores e equipes internas;Capacidade analítica e senso crítico para avaliar preços, escopos, riscos e oportunidades;Organização e agilidade para trabalhar simultaneamente com diferentes pacotes de contratação e propostas;Postura ética, responsável e alinhada a ambientes com fortes princípios de governança e compliance.Diferenciais:Vivência com contratação de serviços de construção civil, infraestrutura e serviços especializados;Experiência na busca de soluções alternativas e engenharia de valor, contribuindo para propostas mais competitivas.
