Espera-se um perfil com capacidade de argumentação técnica, posicionamento estruturado, comunicação clara e foco em resultado, mantendo postura ponderada, flexível e orientada à construção de soluções viáveis.#vempraGEO Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como referência funcional na frente de Cadastro Imobiliário / CTM.Analisar e interpretar legislação urbanística, tributária e cadastral aplicada aos municípios.Conduzir levantamento e validação de requisitos junto a clientes (especialmente prefeituras).Traduzir demandas legais e funcionais em requisitos estruturados para times técnicos.Apoiar a modelagem conceitual e lógica de dados (MER), garantindo coerência com legislação e regras de negócio.Participar de discussões técnicas com desenvolvimento sobre estrutura de dados, integrações e impactos sistêmicos.Avaliar impactos de mudanças legais sobre a solução e propor adequações.Atuar como mediador entre áreas internas (Produto, Desenvolvimento, Implantação, Operações e Comercial).Sustentar posicionamentos técnicos com capacidade argumentativa e embasamento.Conduzir reuniões funcionais e estratégicas com clientes.Propor melhorias estruturais no modelo de cadastro e processos associados.Garantir foco em viabilidade, entrega e resultado, equilibrando legislação, técnica e operação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Geoprocessamento, Engenharia, Arquitetura e Urbanismo, Geografia, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência comprovada com Cadastro Imobiliário ou Cadastro Técnico Multifinalitário.Vivência com legislação municipal aplicada ao cadastro territorial e tributação.Experiência em levantamento de requisitos e documentação funcional.Capacidade de dialogar com equipes técnicas sobre modelagem e estrutura de dados.Experiência em reuniões com clientes (perfil consultivo).Excelente comunicação oral e escrita.Capacidade de argumentação e posicionamento técnico.Postura ponderada, flexível e orientada à construção conjunta de soluções.Foco em resultado e entrega.Conhecimentos EssenciaisConceitos e aplicações de Cadastro Técnico Multifinalitário (CTM).Legislação urbanística e tributária municipal.Modelagem de dados (MER).Banco de dados relacionais.PostgreSQL e PostGIS.Estrutura de dados espaciais e integração entre dados tabulares e geográficos.Noções de arquitetura de sistemas.Python para análises e automações.Experiência em projetos de implantação para municípios.Conhecimento de processos de homologação e carga de dados cadastrais.
