Faça parte do time #SunoLoversNosso propósito é transformar a sociedade por meio da educação financeira, e para isso nossos valores são a pedra fundamental.Temos um compromisso muito sério com nossos clientes e investir no seu sucesso é um dos nossos principais valores.Estamos crescendo exponencialmente e você pode fazer parte dessa trajetória de sucesso com a gente.Na Suno, acreditamos que conhecimento transforma decisões e gera liberdade financeira.Buscamos pessoas protagonistas, curiosas, orientadas por dados e apaixonadas por tecnologia para construir o futuro do mercado financeiro conosco.Buscamos uma pessoa Especialista em Comercialização de Ativos de Geração Distribuída para integrar a estrutura de Comercialização e Locação de Ativos de Geração Distribuída do SNEL11.Essa pessoa terá um papel estratégico na negociação, estruturação e gestão de contratos, atuando diretamente na maximização da receita líquida do portfólio de ativos de Geração Distribuída.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidadesComercialização e originação: maximizar a receita do portfólio de Geração Distribuída, negociando contratos, prospectando novos clientes e canais e definindo estratégias comerciais por região e distribuidora.Gestão da carteira: administrar a alocação de créditos, monitorar sua utilização, atuar na reposição de unidades consumidoras, conciliar energia e faturamento e acompanhar inadimplência.Gestão contratual: conduzir negociações comerciais e acompanhar reajustes, vencimentos, renovações, aditivos e demais condições dos contratos.Inteligência de mercado e regulatório: acompanhar tarifas, movimentos regulatórios da ANEEL e do MME e avaliar seus impactos no portfólio, apoiando decisões, projeções e análises financeiras.Processos e tecnologia: garantir a organização e rastreabilidade dos dados da carteira e liderar iniciativas de automação e uso de Inteligência Artificial para tornar as rotinas comerciais mais eficientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios•     Formação superior em Engenharia, Economia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.•     Experiência em comercialização de energia em Geração Distribuída, com atuação direta em contratos de compensação de créditos.•     Domínio do marco regulatório da GD: Lei nº 14.300/2022 e sua regulamentação pela ANEEL, regras de transição e direito adquirido, modalidades de compensação (autoconsumo remoto, geração compartilhada, múltiplas unidades consumidoras) e composição tarifária (TUSD/TE).•     Vivência em gestão de rateio e de carteira de unidades consumidoras, incluindo operação nos portais de distribuidoras.•     Conhecimento de precificação, gestão de portfólio e dinâmica do mercado de energia.•     Excel avançado e capacidade de estruturar análises quantitativas a partir de dados de geração e faturamento.Informações adicionaisDesejáveis•     Experiência com portfólio multi-distribuidora e em mais de um estado.•     Vivência em ambiente de fundo de investimento, gestora ou estrutura de project finance.•     Relacionamento estabelecido com plataformas de gestão de créditos de GD e comercializadoras.•     Ferramentas de BI (Power BI ou equivalente), SQL e automação de rotinas.•     Pós-graduação ou especialização em energia, finanças ou regulação.
