Em cada município onde atua, leva mais saúde e qualidade de vida para a população, respeitando sempre o meio ambiente e a cultura local.Programa Respeito dá o TomO programa nasceu com a meta de espelhar a demografia da população brasileira no quadro de funcionários da empresa. Em 2022 a Aegea emitiu um título sustentável atrelado a metas que incluem alcançar 45% de mulheres e 27% de negros em cargos de liderança até 2030, sendo pioneira em se comprometer com meta de diversidade racial em cargos de liderança.A Aegea tem o compromisso com a promoção de um ambiente de trabalho mais igualitário, diverso e inclusivo, e estimula o respeito e a valorização das diferenças.Aqui, todos os candidatos qualificados serão considerados no processo seletivo, independentemente de raça, gênero, orientação sexual, religião, naturalidade, nacionalidade, deficiência, idade ou outras características.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como referência técnica na apuração dos tributos sobre o lucro (IRPJ e CSLL), garantindo a conformidade fiscal, a correta aplicação da legislação tributária e das normas contábeis, além de apoiar iniciativas estratégicas voltadas à eficiência tributária, gestão de riscos e melhoria contínua dos processos.Ser responsável técnico pela apuração mensal, trimestral e anual do IRPJ e da CSLL das empresas do grupo.Revisar e validar memórias de cálculo, controles fiscais e conciliações relacionadas aos tributos sobre o lucro.Gerenciar os controles de LALUR e LACS, prejuízo fiscal, base negativa de CSLL, diferenças temporárias e permanentes.Elaborar e revisar a ECF, garantindo a consistência entre as informações contábeis e fiscais.Atuar como referência técnica para as áreas de Contabilidade e Fiscal.Monitorar alterações na legislação tributária e implementar os ajustes necessários nos processos internos.Atender auditorias internas, auditorias independentes e fiscalizações, fornecendo documentação e esclarecimentos técnicos.Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, automação de processos e fortalecimento dos controles internos da área.Apoiar projetos estratégicos, incluindo implementação de sistemas, transformação digital e adequação às mudanças da legislação tributária.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis.Registro ativo no CRC. Pós-graduação ou MBA em Tributação, Controladoria, Direito Tributário ou áreas correlatas será considerada um diferencial.Experiência sólida em apuração de IRPJ e CSLL no regime de Lucro Real.Conhecimento da legislação tributária federal e das normas contábeis (CPC/IFRS).Experiência na elaboração e revisão da ECF, ECD, LALUR e LACS.Vivência com fechamento contábil e conciliações fiscais.Conhecimento avançado em Excel.Experiência com SAP, preferencialmente SAP S/4HANA.Informações adicionaisAssistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Zenklub (atendimento direcionado à saúde mental e nutricional);Serviço de assistência gratuito (social, jurídico e financeiro);Seguro de vida;Vale transporte;Gympass;Vale alimentação e/ou refeição;Participação nos Lucros e Resultados;Kit office.Necessário ter disponibilidade para atuar 2x por semana no escritório da cidade de Indaiatuba/SP.De segunda a sexta das 8h às 18h
