Missão da Área 🤩 Na área de Contábil, somos responsáveis por garantir a conformidade técnica das demonstrações financeiras enquanto transformamos processos operacionais em fluxos automatizados, seguros e orientados a dados.

Sua missão 🥇 Ser uma pessoa ponte entre a Contabilidade e a Tecnologia, responsável por diagnosticar gargalos no fechamento, automatizar fluxos de dados e construir relatórios dinâmicos que conectem as normas CPC/IFRS a soluções de alto impacto para o negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão suas responsabilidades? 🎯 Garantir a conformidade contábil das demonstrações financeiras em relação às normas CPC/IFRS, a fim de assegurar a integridade, a transparência e a auditabilidade de todas as informações prestadas ao mercado e aos órgãos reguladores.Diagnosticar gargalos, inconsistências e atrasos nas rotinas de fechamento mensal, para otimizar os fluxos operacionais e alcançar um processo de fechamento (Fast Close) cada vez mais ágil e preciso.Construir, publicar e manter relatórios dinâmicos e painéis gerenciais, com o objetivo de democratizar o acesso às métricas financeiras e fornecer suporte estratégico à tomada de decisão da liderança.Desenvolver automações de dados utilizando Power Query, scripts em Python/VBA, Power BI e ecossistema Google, visando eliminar tarefas manuais repetitivas, reduzir erros operacionais e escalar a produtividade do time.Atuar como ponte entre a equipe contábil e a área de Tecnologia/TI durante a implementação de novos sistemas e integrações de APIs contábeis, para garantir que as regras de negócio financeiras sejam traduzidas com perfeição técnica na arquitetura de dados da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil que buscamos 🔎

Buscamos uma pessoa analítica, com pensamento crítico e foco em melhoria contínua. É essencial ter visão de processos e interesse por inovação, utilizando ferramentas digitais como aliadas para simplificar e otimizar as rotinas do time contábil.

Habilidades Conhecimentos em:Normas contábeis nacionais e internacionais (CPC/IFRS) e rotinas de fechamento mensal.Ferramentas de visualização e análise de dados, com destaque para Power BI (Avançado).Lógica de automação de dados e facilidade com ferramentas do dia a dia (Power Query, Excel/Google Sheets avançado, VBA, Power Automate ou noções de Python/SQL) — Nível Usuário Chave/Intermediário. Módulos contábeis de sistemas ERP.

Experiência em:Fechamento contábil e conciliações de rotina (Necessário).Otimização de rotinas e redução de trabalhos manuais por meio de ferramentas de dados (Necessário).Vivência como usuário chave (key user) em melhorias de processos, projetos de ERP ou integrações junto ao time de TI (Diferencial).
