Buscamos um(a) Especialista de ALM & Investimentos com sólida capacidade analítica e visão de negócio para atuar na gestão de ativos e passivos, liquidez e risco de taxa de juros do Efí Bank. A posição requer experiência na estruturação e no amadurecimento da área de ALM, incluindo construção de políticas e metodologias, desenvolvimento de dashboards e definição de processos que fortaleçam a governança, a eficiência operacional e a aderência às exigências regulatórias, além de contribuir ativamente para recomendações para decisões de captação e investimento.Responsabilidades e atribuições🎯Quais serão suas principais atividades?Conduzir análises quantitativas e qualitativas sobre a estrutura de ativos e passivos, avaliando risco de liquidez e risco de taxa de juros carteira bancária;Desenvolver, revisar e implementar políticas e procedimentos do departamento de ALM, assegurando aderência às normas internas e exigências regulatórias (BACEN, BIS);Produzir relatórios técnicos e apresentações executivas com recomendações estratégicas baseadas em análises financeiras e de cenário;Realizar estudos de mercado e análises comparativas com benchmarks para apoiar decisões da tesouraria e da área de risco.Requisitos e qualificações🔎Requisitos:Graduação completa em Economia, Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia, Matemática ou áreas relacionadas;Conhecimento sólido em ALM, LCR, NSFR, FTP;Conhecimento sólido em Matemática Financeira, com habilidades analíticas e numéricas destacadas;Conhecimento de instrumentos financeiros, como: CDB, Compromissadas, DI, Compulsórios, FIDC, TPF, entre outros.✨Diferenciais:Experiência prática na estruturação e/ou atualização de políticas de ALM, incluindo limites operacionais, governança de comitês, testes de estresse e metodologias de mensuração de IRRBB (EVE e NII);Conhecimento avançado em ferramentas de análise financeira e modelagem;Certificações como CFA, FRM, ou certificações internacionais relacionadas à gestão de riscos e ALM.Informações adicionais 👉Nível da vaga: Especialista
