Traduzir dados de múltiplas fontes em recomendações acionáveis, relatórios executivos e KPIs para apoiar a liderança do Estadão.- Desenvolver, manter e evoluir dashboards executivos e operacionais para acompanhamento dos principais indicadores da companhia.- Desenvolver soluções analíticas utilizando Google Looker Studio e aplicações em Python para visualização, automação e disponibilização de dados.- Construir pipelines para extração, tratamento, consolidação e atualização automática de dados provenientes de diferentes fontes (APIs, bancos de dados, planilhas e sistemas corporativos).- Modelar bases de dados garantindo qualidade, consistência e governança das informações.- Criar produtos analíticos ponta a ponta, integrando captura, processamento, análise e visualização de dados.- Identificar tendências, oportunidades e riscos, transformando dados em recomendações acionáveis para o negócio.- Atuar em parceria com diferentes áreas do Estadão, compreendendo suas necessidades e traduzindo problemas de negócio em soluções analíticas.- Apoiar a definição, evolução e acompanhamento dos principais KPIs corporativos.- Elaborar análises, estudos e apresentações executivas para suporte à liderança.- Participar da evolução da arquitetura de dados e das iniciativas de transformação digital da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Experiência sólida no desenvolvimento de dashboards e soluções de Business Intelligence.- Experiência com Google Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).- Conhecimento avançado em Python para tratamento de dados, automação de processos e desenvolvimento de dashboards e aplicações analíticas.- Experiência com bibliotecas como Pandas, NumPy, Plotly, Streamlit ou similares.- Domínio de SQL para consultas, integração e manipulação de bases de dados.- Experiência em modelagem e estruturação de dados.- Conhecimento em integração de dados por meio de APIs.- Domínio avançado do ecossistema Google Workspace, especialmente Google Sheets, Google Drive e demais ferramentas colaborativas utilizadas na construção e compartilhamento de soluções analíticas.- Excel avançado.Requisitos e qualificações- Experiência com Google Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).- Conhecimento avançado em Python para tratamento de dados, automação de processos e desenvolvimento de dashboards e aplicações analíticas.- Domínio avançado do ecossistema Google Workspace, especialmente Google Sheets, Google Drive e demais ferramentas colaborativas utilizadas na construção e compartilhamento de soluções analíticas.- Experiência com outras plataformas de Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik ou similares).- Conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais e ambientes cloud.- Experiência com Git e versionamento de código.- Vivência em projetos de automação, inteligência de negócios ou transformação digital.- Experiência com ferramentas de IA Generativa aplicadas à análise de dados e produtividade analítica.Informações adicionaisAssistência médica e odontológica;Day off de aniversário;Casual every day;Vale-transporte;Restaurante Interno;Seguro de Vida;Acesso ao conteúdo digital completo do Estadão;Descontos exclusivos em instituições de ensino;Auxílio Psicológico - Wellz;Plano Pet;Wellhub (antigo Gympass);Previdência Privada - OESPREV;Clube de Vantagens Estadão.Local de Trabalho: Avenida Engenheiro Caetano Álvares, 55 – Bairro Limão – São Paulo/SP – Zona Norte.Horário de Trabalho: Das 09h00 às 18h00 - de segunda a sexta - Modelo Híbrido - terça, quarta e quinta-feira presencial.
