Atuar como facilitador estratégico dos processos de Recursos Humanos no que tange à R&S, T&D, Gestão deDesempenho, Movimentações de Pessoas, Descrição de Cargos e Competências, como também, apoiandolíderes e liderados nas necessidades das respectivas áreas, garantindo o cumprimento das políticascorporativas e procedimentos locais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar em parceria com líderes para desenvolver e executar iniciativas de Gestão de Pessoas que possibilitem resultados de negócios e construam uma experiência do colaborador positiva.Desenvolver e implementar soluções para entregar iniciativas e resultados individuais e de equipes.Trabalhar com gerentes e funcionários em questões de relações interpessoais.Fornecer suporte contínuo aos funcionários em questões, políticas e procedimentos relacionados a gestão de pessoas da companhia.Apoiar os líderes no planejamento das áreas, revisão de estrutura e de atividades, visando a otimização e melhoria de processos e a gestão de desempenho da equipe, bem como contribuindo para a tomada de decisão no que tange a pessoas.Atuar no desenvolvimento da liderança, fortalecendo o papel do líder junto à sua equipe incentivando a integração, sinergia e um clima organizacional favorável para o engajamento das pessoas;Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência prévia em Recursos Humanos, preferencialmente como HR Business Partner (HRBP) ou Consultor(a) Interno(a) de RH;

Experiência atuando em parceria com líderes e gestores, apoiando decisões relacionadas a pessoas e estrutura organizacional;

Vivência com gestão de desempenho, desenvolvimento de lideranças e clima organizacional;

Experiência com relações trabalhistas/interpessoais, políticas e processos de Gestão de Pessoas;

Capacidade analítica e visão estratégica para identificar oportunidades e propor soluções relacionadas à gestão de pessoas;

Boa comunicação e habilidade para atuar com diferentes níveis hierárquicos;

Perfil consultivo, proativo e orientado para resultados.Espanhol Avançado para atuar com equipe LATAM
