Nesta posição estratégica, você será a referência para definir o que a marca vende, como se posiciona, onde atua, a que preço e para quem. Seu foco será acelerar o crescimento em volume, rentabilidade e participação de mercado, garantindo uma conexão impecável entre a nossa estratégia e a execução na ponta.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar estrategicamente a gestão da categoria, influenciando e mobilizando as diversas áreas da organização para executar ações que garantam a máxima performance dos produtos do portfólio;Monitorar o ciclo de vida dos produtos, identificando oportunidades de otimização, racionalização de SKUs e inovações que agreguem valor à marca;Assegurar a rentabilidade e a saúde financeira da categoria, acompanhando custos, margens e resultados operacionais de forma rigorosa;Coordenar e liderar o processo de ponta a ponta dos lançamentos (Go-to-Market), conectando as áreas de P&D, Supply, Marketing e Vendas para garantir o sucesso comercial;Analisar tendências de consumo, comportamento dos clientes e movimentos dos concorrentes para antecipar demandas e gerar insights estratégicos;Desenvolver planos robustos de canais, preços, posicionamento e argumentos de vendas para garantir que a estratégia se converta em execução impecável no ponto de venda.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica:Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas;Solida experiência na área. Competências desejáveis: Conhecimento Técnico e de NegócioConhecimento sólido do mercado de atuação e dos movimentos da concorrência;Domínio profundo do portfólio de produtos, incluindo custos, margens e P&L;Entendimento claro do papel estratégico e do impacto do portfólio no negócio;Habilidade para recomendar estratégias focadas em maximizar a performance do portfólio.Capacidade Analítica e ComunicaçãoCapacidade de analisar dados de forma crítica para extrair insights estratégicos e antecipar problemas no negócio;Habilidade para estruturar dados e informações que ajudem a compreender a dinâmica do mercado;Facilidade para comunicar visões, achados e recomendações de forma clara, objetiva e em nível gerencial.Integração e Interface InternaForte proximidade e parceria com a equipe Comercial;Habilidade para liderar a construção e a discussão de planos de execução para o portfólio de forma integrada com as demais áreas da diretoria e da empresa.Atitude, Protagonismo e Soft SkillsPostura proativa, orientada à solução de problemas, antecipação de necessidades e senso de dono (ownership);Protagonismo na gestão do próprio desenvolvimento, buscando feedbacks constantes e compartilhando ambições de carreira; Compromisso com a integração, colaboração e empatia com colegas e lideranças;Transparência para trazer pontos de desconforto de forma construtiva e nos fóruns adequados, influenciando os colegas a manterem a mesma postura ética.Informações adicionais
