O profissional será responsável por gerenciar projetos de certificação de produtos, desde a definição do escopo até a gestão de prazos e pagamentos. Atuará na redução de custos operacionais, manutenção de certificados e no suporte técnico a auditorias. Também fará a gestão das conformidades e a comunicação com fornecedores, garantindo a emissão de certificados dentro dos prazos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar estrategicamente nos projetos de novas ofertas e evolução de produtos, atendendo aos requisitos de certificação Inmetro, Anatel e entidades locais, em cada país;Garantir todas as entregas, desde a definição do escopo juntos aos organismos de certificação, até a gestão dos pagamentos, em todos os perímetros do negócio, com os diferentes stakeholders;Apresentar periodicamente os avanços de cada projeto, através de reuniões com os times locais e partes interessadas;Analisar as oportunidades de redução de custos operacionais, contribuindo para a metas de eficiência, focando em aglutinar processos e análise de viabilidade da oferta, junto ao time de Marketing;Discutir tecnicamente o escopo de ensaios normativos com fornecedores, laboratórios e times internos, esclarecendo as etapas de certificação e os papéis e responsabilidades;Estabelecer relacionamento com os organismos de certificação, a fim de garantir melhores prazos para a emissão dos certificados;Cumprir com a as etapas de manutenção dos certificados vigentes, evitando suspensões e atuando em ocasionais não conformidades que possam impactar o negócio.Atua como representante da empresa, na interação com organismos, laboratórios e fornecedores.Suportar tecnicamente em auditorias internas e externas e outros temas relacionados a importação e exportação de produtos.Incluir todas as tarefas relacionadas a projetos, nas ferramentas de controle, trazendo acuracidade aos indicadores da área de certificação de produtos;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com certificação de produtos Inmetro;Desejável conhecimento com produtos elétricos ou eletrônicos;Inglês avançado;
