Lidera as agendas de pós mortem do calendário promocional, Política Comercial do C&C e o processo de JBP (Joint Business Plan)  com o apoio de um Analista Sr. na entrega. Garante execução com excelência no ponto de venda, disciplina de acompanhamento (post mortem) e o fortalecimento da presença institucional da PRB junto ao setor.Principais atividades: Atividades Regionais

Atuar como ponto de contato e suporte da área de Channel Acceleration para a regional Key Accounts, fazendo a interface com as contas nacionais, o C&C e as redes regionais estratégicas; Mapear os aniversários das redes e o calendário comercial, antecipando negociações e ações;Identificar especificidades das redes e gaps de execução, propondo e acompanhando planos de ação corretivos.

Atividades TransversaisLiderar a execução do calendário promocional do canal, incluindo o acompanhamento e o post mortem das ações, com leitura de resultados e aprendizados a nível nacional;Conduzir a Política Comercial do C&C (atacarejo), assegurando alinhamento e consistência na entrega dos KPI’s de sucesso;Liderar o processo de JBP do canal (Joint Business Plan), da construção do material ao planejamento junto ao time de especialistas e demais áreas da companhia;Conduzir o relacionamento institucional (PR) com revistas e associações do setor, fortalecendo a presença da marca.

Gestão de EquipeLiderar e desenvolver seu Analista Sr. de Canal Regional Key Accounts, definindo prioridades e assegurando a entrega da rotina da regional e atividades transversais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em Administração, Marketing, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão, Comercial ou Marketing será considerado diferencial;Gestão de contas-chave (Key Accounts) e negociação com grandes redes e atacarejo;Construção e acompanhamento de JBP (Joint Business Plan) e de política comercial;Planejamento e execução de calendário promocional, com análise de resultados (post mortem) e ROI;Análise de dados de mercado e sell-out (Nielsen, Scan, Mtrix) e domínio avançado de Excel;Trade marketing e execução no ponto de venda (sortimento/TDP e visibilidade);Pacote Office e ferramentas de BI (Power BI desejável);Inglês intermediário (leitura e escrita).
