Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista de Comunicação e Marketing para integrar nossa equipe e contribuir para uma comunicação cada vez mais estratégica, próxima, clara e alinhada ao propósito e aos valores da instituição.Buscamos alguém que tenha olhar estratégico, excelente capacidade de comunicação, criatividade e paixão por contar histórias, transformando informações, projetos e experiências em conteúdos que gerem conexão e fortaleçam a presença institucional. Em consonância com o carisma institucional, herdado pela fundadora da Rede Damas, Me. Agathe Verhelle, o profissional irá desenvolver atividades junto à equipe de Comunicação e Marketing, onde através de ações conjuntas e participativas, contribuirá para uma sociedade ética e fraterna.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProduzir conteúdos de comunicação claros, atrativos, próximos e alinhados aos valores institucionais;Criar e revisar roteiros, comunicados, cartas, livros, jornais, ofícios e demais materiais institucionais;Acompanhar a produção, o cronograma e os prazos de conteúdos para mídias online e TV;Atuar na assessoria de imprensa e comunicação institucional, incluindo preparação e orientação de porta-vozes;Apoiar a produção de comunicados, ouvidorias e documentos institucionais;Realizar cobertura de eventos e projetos por meio de fotos, vídeos, transmissões ao vivo e produção de conteúdo para site e redes sociais;Realizar apuração e investigação de informações para identificação de pautas e produção de conteúdos;Acompanhar viagens pedagógicas e pastorais para cobertura e produção de conteúdo;Acompanhar as pautas e entregas das agências parceiras, garantindo cronogramas, campanhas institucionais, campanhas de resultado e de matrícula;

Sugerir conteúdos relacionados ao calendário pastoral, pedagógico, institucional e às datas comemorativas;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho das redes sociais, site e demais canais de comunicação, propondo melhorias e oportunidades;Liderar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe de assistentes, garantindo qualidade, organização e cumprimento das entregas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Jornalismo;Experiência profissional na área de Comunicação, Jornalismo, Comunicação Institucional ou Marketing;Experiência com produção e revisão de conteúdos institucionais;Excelente domínio da língua portuguesa, com forte capacidade de redação e revisão;Experiência com produção de conteúdo para redes sociais, sites e canais digitais;Conhecimento em comunicação institucional e relacionamento com diferentes públicos;Experiência ou conhecimento em acompanhamento de agências e fornecedores de comunicação;Disponibilidade para participação e cobertura de eventos e viagens institucionais, quando necessário;Conhecimento em métricas e indicadores de comunicação e redes sociais;Experiência na liderança ou gestão de pessoas;Conhecimento em planejamento de comunicação e gestão de projetos.
