Buscamos um(a) Especialista de Controladoria para atuar de forma estratégica na análise e consolidação de informações contábeis, fiscais e financeiras, apoiando a tomada de decisões e a gestão dos resultados da companhia.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Acompanhar a execução orçamentária, identificando desvios entre realizado x orçado, e apoiando a análise das causas.

Apoiar os processos de budget e forecast, e os reportes para Basel - Suíça.

Elaborar e acompanhar relatórios e indicadores de performance financeira.

Realizar análises de resultados, custos e despesas.

Atuar no acompanhamento de custos de produção, em interface com as áreas relacionadas.

Acompanhar de perto informações relacionadas a vendas e demais indicadores relevantes para o negócio.

Apoiar a estruturação, melhoria e automatização de controles e processos de FP&A/Controladoria.

Desenvolver ferramentas e relatórios que proporcionem maior visibilidade e qualidade das informações para tomada de decisão.

Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de controle e acompanhamento financeiro.

Atuar de forma próxima às áreas de negócio, buscando compreender os impactos financeiros das decisões e movimentações da operação.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Experiência com planejamento orçamentário (Budget/Forecast).

Experiência em Controladoria, FP&A, Planejamento Financeiro ou áreas correlatas. Experiência prática com orçamento, forecast e acompanhamento de realizado x orçado.

Capacidade analítica para interpretar resultados, identificar desvios e propor análises. Conhecimento de custos, preferencialmente incluindo custos de produção. Excel em nível avançado. Boa capacidade de construção e análise de relatórios e indicadores.

Desejável:

Experiência em empresas industriais / manufatura. DataSul/ Protheus e SAP. Conhecimento de processos de FP&A. Experiência com automatização de controles e processos. Vivência em ambientes de transformação e crescimento. Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Experiência mínima de 4 anos em controladoria, contabilidade ou finanças. Conhecimento em análise de indicadores financeiros (KPIs) e gestão de performance do negócio. Experiência com planejamento orçamentário (Budget / Forecast). Conhecimento em análise de variações e gestão de custos. Capacidade de atuação estratégica. Inglês Intermediário.
