Irá efetuar as análises criticas de comparação entre os valores de orçamentos versus realizados, calcular e acompanhar a rentabilidade e suportar as previsões de gastos. Será responsável também por suportar / confeccionar novos procedimentos para melhorias de processos da área:Elaborar, monitorar e atualizar o fluxo de caixa (diário, semanal e mensal), identificando desvios entre o previsto e o realizado;Construir e manter modelos de projeção de caixa de curto, médio e longo prazo;Analisar capital de giro e propor ações para otimização da posição financeira;Preparar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores (KPIs) de performance financeira para a liderança;Realizar análises de cenários e simulações de impacto financeiro;Interagir com áreas como Controladoria, Contabilidade, Comercial e Operações para consolidar informações relevantes ao planejamento;Apoiar no processo orçamentário anual e revisões periódicas (forecast);Realizar o controle de receitas, despesas e investimentos, assegurando o registro correto e a conformidade com o orçamento aprovado;Acompanhar a execução orçamentária, comparando valores realizados x previstos e apontando desvios relevantes;Monitorar investimentos realizados e planejados, avaliando seu impacto no fluxo de caixa e na posição financeira da empresa;Gestão de riscos financeiros: atenção a atrasos, descasamentos de caixa, exposição bancária, custos financeiros e oportunidades de negociação;Proatividade na interface com as áreas na busca de mapear desvios e oportunidades de melhoria, elaboração, análise e apresentação de relatórios. Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em Finanças e Controladoria.Excel Avançado.Experiência com ERP SAP FICO.Conhecimento em Power BI (desejável).Inglês intermediário.Espanhol intermediário (desejável).MBA ou Pós-graduação será considerado um diferencial.Competências Técnicas:Gestão de fluxo de caixa.Planejamento financeiro e projeções.Análise de orçamento (Orçado x Realizado).Análise financeira: capacidade de interpretar indicadores de liquidez, endividamento, necessidade de capital de giro e ciclos financeiros.Conhecimento dos processos de contas a pagar e contas a receber, compreendendo seus impactos no fluxo de caixa e no capital de giro.Habilidade para conferir movimentações financeiras, identificar divergências e apoiar a confiabilidade das informações.Gestão de riscos financeiros, com atenção a atrasos, descasamentos de caixa, exposição bancária, custos financeiros e oportunidades de negociação.Excel Avançado.SAP FICO.Power BI (desejável).Competências Comportamentais:Perfil analítico  e Hands On;Facilidade para performance de cálculos e estimativas;Saber trabalhar com prazos e metas;Excelente habilidade de organização; Orientado a Inovação e mudanças; Facilidade de trabalhar em equipe. Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho:Pinheiros, São Paulo/SPAtuação:100% PresencialBenefícios:Vale refeição;Vale transporte;Seguro de vida;Plano de Saúde;Previdência Privada;Pluxee cuida(apoio emocional);Gympass;
