Atua de forma estratégica e operacional, contribuindo para a mitigação de riscos, melhoria da qualidade das decisões de crédito, aumento da eficiência da cobrança e fortalecimento do fluxo de caixa da companhia.Realizar análises completas de crédito de clientes B2B com base em demonstrações financeiras, indicadores econômico-financeiros, histórico de pagamento, comportamento da carteira e dados de mercado. Elaborar pareceres executivos claros e bem fundamentados, recomendando limites, condições e mitigadores de risco. Propor, revisar e monitorar limites de crédito conforme perfil, evolução e comportamento financeiro dos clientes. Participar da construção e evolução de modelos de crédito e motores de decisão, em conjunto com bureaus, consultorias e áreas internas. Criar dashboards e relatórios gerenciais para diretoria, comitê de crédito e demais áreas envolvidas. Contribuir para o desenho, documentação e atualização das políticas de crédito, garantindo aderência a normas internas e requisitos de compliance. Interagir de forma estruturada com a área Comercial, oferecendo suporte técnico e orientações consistentes. Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que nós buscamos: Análise de crédito corporativo Análise e interpretação de demonstrações financeiras Técnicas de avaliação de risco e definição de limites Conhecimento de birôs de crédito e ferramentas de consulta Utilização de IA “agêntica” para automação de processos e consultas (desejável) Análise de dados e construção de dashboards (desejável) Noções de automação de processos (desejável) Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas. Técnicas de análise financeira e de risco de crédito Métodos quantitativos aplicados a crédito (desejável) Ferramentas de BI e IA (Power BI, Tableau ou similar) Capacidade analítica e visão crítica Comunicação clara, estruturada e orientada à influência Organização e gestão de prazos Senso de dono e proatividade Atenção a detalhes e precisão técnica Resiliência e capacidade de atuação sob pressão Postura ética e alinhamento às normas de compliance Colaboração e boa interação com múltiplas áreas Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho: Escritório de AlphavilleHorário de trabalho: Segunda a Quinta das 08:00 as 18:00 e Sexta das 08:00 as 17:00.Regime de trabalho: CLT/PresencialO que nós oferecemos: 🍽️ Vale refeição🛒 Vale alimentação🚌 Vale transporte ou auxílio mobilidade🏥 Plano de saúde🛡️ Seguro de vida😁 Plano odontológico💰 PLR🎂 Day Off de aniversário🏋️Total Pass
