Vaga ConfidencialResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir controle da linha de Food Cost, apurando o CMV gerencial e conciliando com o contábil, dando visibilidade de quais fatores estão impactando o resultado (Inflação nos custos, preços, mix, dispersão/desperdício, acordos comerciais);Criar plano de ação junto as diferentes áreas afim de melhorar a rentabilidade da marca;Mapear e implementar melhorias sistêmicas necessárias para garantir maior produtividade, confiabilidade e melhor visibilidade sobre o CMV da marca;Garantir aderência das receitas dos produtos;Atuar como guardião dos insumos entendendo os principais ajustes (preço, quantidade, etc) e se os mesmos estavam mapeados e foram negociados;Dar suporte as áreas de compras e operações em relação ao cadastro de insumos;Custear novos produtos e analisar possíveis impactos em Margem;Estratificar mensalmente as causas do resultado contábil do custo de mercadoria vendida (CMV), questionando possíveis discrepâncias entre o contábil e gerencial (provisões, não lançamentos de créditos etc);Preparação das apresentações gerenciais sobre CMV garantindo amplo entendimento sobre o resultado obtido, ações realizadas e oportunidades futuras;Conduzir comitês com a operação para identificar perdas ocorridas e avaliar planos de ação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo.Experiencia anterior com custos.Domínio de Ferramentas Office, com foco em Excel e PowerPoint.Desejável conhecimento em Power BI.Conhecimento em estratificação de P&L.Ter habilitação A ou B.Informações adicionais
