Atuar como ponte entre a área de Inteligência de Mercado e Performance Comercial com o time de Engenharia de Dados, traduzindo e aplicando as regras de negócio sobre o data warehouse corporativo (AWS Redshift) para criar soluções de dados, análises, automações e dashboards que suportem as decisões comerciais, de S&OP e de mercado da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e sustentar soluções de BI e dashboards (Power BI ou similares) para diretoria, gerências e times comercial e de marketing, garantindo confiabilidade, performance e visual adequado à decisão executiva.Atuar como ponte técnica entre a área de negócio e a Engenharia de Dados: traduzir regras de negócio em requisitos, especificar demandas de pipelines e validar entregas no data warehouse (AWS Redshift).Modelar e documentar camadas analíticas (views, tabelas derivadas, indicadores) aplicando as regras de negócio de sell-in, sell-out, metas, forecast e remuneração variável.Utilizar IA através do Claude (chats, agentes e integrações via MCP com o banco de dados) para automação de tarefas, análises, geração de relatórios e produtividade da área.Zelar pela governança de acesso, confidencialidade e conformidade com a LGPD no uso dos dados, garantindo boas práticas no uso de IA generativa (permissões, tratamento de dados sensíveis e uso responsável das integrações Claude/MCP com o banco de dados).Integrar e cruzar bases internas (ERP/vendas) e externas (IQVIA, Neogrid, Scanntech) em modelos de dados únicos e consistentes.Automatizar rotinas de extração, tratamento, carga e distribuição de relatórios, reduzindo trabalho manual recorrente da área.Garantir governança, qualidade e acuracidade dos dados: validações, reconciliações entre fontes e padronização de métricas e taxonomias (categorias, canais, marcas).Desenvolver consultas e análises ad hoc em SQL para responder perguntas de negócio com agilidade.Apoiar os processos de S&OP, previsão de vendas, metas e remuneração variável com soluções de dados escaláveis.Difundir boas práticas de dados e IA na área, treinando usuários e documentando soluções e metodologias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Engenharia, Ciência/Análise de Dados, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Administração ou áreas afins.Desejável pós-graduação/MBA em Engenharia de Dados, Analytics, BI ou Inteligência Artificial.Experiência sólida em dados, BI ou analytics, preferencialmente em bens de consumo, farma ou varejo.SQL avançado e experiência com data warehouse em nuvem (AWS Redshift ou similares: BigQuery, Snowflake).Domínio de Power BI (modelagem, DAX, otimização) e construção de dashboards executivos.Python para tratamento de dados e automações (pandas ou similares).Experiência ou forte interesse em IA generativa aplicada ao negócio: uso de Claude, engenharia de prompts, agentes e integrações via MCP/APIs.Conhecimento de modelagem de dados (dimensional/star schema), boas práticas de governança e qualidade de dados, e noções de privacidade e proteção de dados (LGPD).Informações adicionaisConfira nossos benefícios:Para você:Vale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoRefeição na EmpresaVale TransporteDesconto de 40% em nossos produtosParcerias com Instituições de EnsinoCartão FarmáciaUniversidade CorporativaPara sua Família:Auxílio CrecheLicença Maternidade EstendidaAcolhimento MaternoPrograma Bebê a BordoPara sua Saúde:Plano de SaúdePlano OdontológicoSeguro de VidaTotalPassVacina contra a GripeOs benefícios podem variar conforme a unidade.
