Se você busca desafios e um ambiente inclusivo, diverso e estimulante, essa é a oportunidade certa para decolar na sua carreira!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOs desafios que aguardam por você no próximo destino são:Analisar dados, indicadores e publicações técnicas com foco em suporte técnico e soluções de engenharia que garantam a sustentabilidade, inovação do negócio, a incorporação de documentos mandatórios e auxiliar no controle dos Motores da frota, com aderência aos requisitos das legislações pertinentes e as recomendações dos fabricantes. Analisar dados históricos de manutenção e operação para identificar causas raízes de falhas e propor ações corretivas e preventivas. Monitorar os parâmetros de desempenho do motor e participar do monitoramento da saúde do motor e da análise de tendências. Analisar e apoiar projetos e efetuar a criação de business cases. Elaboração de workscope de trocas de Motores scheduled (programadas) e unscheduled (não-programadas). Suportar e auxiliar os analistas na análise de falhas utilizando dados coletados das aeronaves através relatórios MOQA, tarefas de manutenção de coleta de dados, workflow do AMOS, registros de consumo de fluidos, análise de itens reincidentes, entre outros. Identificar e investigar LRUs relacionados ao motor quanto a taxas de falhas repetitivas e baixa confiabilidade, propondo ações corretivas. Fornecer suporte técnico à Manutenção e MOCC em questões relacionadas aos motores, incluindo suporte AOG, recomendações para solução de problemas, treinamento prático e orientação. Validar e tomar decisões com base em indicadores de monitoramento de motores e componentes, visando maior confiabilidade da frota e redução da indisponibilidade por manutenção. Interagir com OEMs e fornecedores para abordar a reparabilidade, confiabilidade e manutenibilidade do motor. Impulsionar iniciativas de melhoria contínua e solução de problemas em coordenação com as equipes de Qualidade, Engenharia, SMS e Manutenção. Identificar e reportar os perigos nas operações.  Requisitos e qualificaçõesNão pode faltar em sua bagagem:Graduação completa em Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Aeronáutica, Engenharia Aeroespacial, STEM ou áreas correlatadas.Experiência na indústria aeroespacial ou de MRO de motores.Possuir conhecimento avançado do MS Office (conhecimento do software de AMOS é um diferencial).Familiaridade com monitoramento da saúde do motor, análise de tendências e ferramentas digitais de monitoramento do desempenho do motor é um diferencial.Sólido conhecimento de manuais de manutenção (EMM, CMM, AMM, SBs etc.) e ferramentas de documentação de manutenção.Experiência com motores CFM56-7B e/ou LEAP-1B é um grande diferencial.Disponibilidade para viagens em campo quando necessário e viagens corporativas.Possuir boas habilidades de comunicação em inglês.Espanhol será um diferencial.Dinamismo e habilidade para discussões técnicas com as áreas operacionais.Informações adicionaisAqui, você voa mais alto com o Benefício Viagem, que te permite emitir passagens aéreas nacionais e internacionais com descontos especiais para você, familiares e amigos.E não podemos esquecer dos Benefícios:Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Seguro de vida em grupo;Vale-refeição;Vale-alimentação;Vale-transporte;Gympass ou Totalpass;Clube de parcerias com centenas de empresas conveniadas;Day off de aniversário;PLR.Informações Importantes:Local de Trabalho: Sede - Granja Julieta.Horário: 8h-17h24.Modelo de Trabalho: Híbrido 4x1 (Segunda a Quinta-feira - Presencial / Sexta-feira - Home Office).Se você se identifica com o nosso Jeito, inscreva-se agora e faça parte do Time de Águias!
