Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir e priorizar o roadmap de produtos de IA, alinhando com objetivos estratégicos da empresaLiderar tecnicamente o CoE de IA - Grupo multidisciplinar com o objetivo de desenvolver pequenas soluções de IA (agentes) que contribuam com o aumento da eficiência das áreas

Atuar como ponte entre áreas de negócio, ciência de dados, engenheiros de machine learning e governança, garantindo entregas consistentesConduzir processos de discovery e validação de hipóteses com stakeholdersGarantir que os produtos respeitem padrões de qualidade e segurançaMonitorar métricas de performance dos produtos e propor melhorias contínuas com base em dados e feedbacks Lideram iniciativas de IA, promovendo uma cultura baseada na utilização de IA com proposito, garantindo o retorno dos investimentos feitosAvaliar e auxiliar na implementação de ferramentas de IARequisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios: Experiencia na implementação de soluções de IAConhecimentos avançados em engenharia de prompt e desenvolvimento de agentesDomínio em ferramentas de visualização (ex: Tableau, Power BI)Familiaridade com frameworks de Product Discovery, OKRs, métricas de produto e priorizaçãoHabilidade para conduzir workshops, apresentações executivas e treinamentos sobre produtos de IABoa comunicação e pensamento analítico
