Quem SomosSomos um time que cuida da limpeza do seu lar gerando bem-estar, no qual combinamos determinação e comprometimento para entregarmos produtos de qualidade.Entendemos que para obter os melhores resultados, precisamos dos melhores profissionais.Estamos à procura de talentos que sejam criativos, inovadores e ousados na busca por conhecimento, que tragam resultados sustentáveis ao Grupo Limppano Se você tem prazer em contribuir, gosta do que faz e é focado em resultados, essa VAGA é para VOCÊResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesMissão: Estruturar e sustentar o sistema de gestão de performance operacional (processos, indicadores e melhoria contínua), garantindo execução de iniciativas e captura de valor em custo, serviço, produtividade e capital.Principais responsabilidadesMapear processos ponta a ponta e definir padrões operacionais, SLAs e controles de rotina.Estruturar e manter governança de KPIs (definições, fontes, consistência) e dashboards industriais e logísticos.Conduzir rituais de performance (DMS) e gestão de planos de ação, com escalonamento e acompanhamento de prazos.Liderar projetos de melhoria contínua (Lean/DMAIC), realizando análise de causa-raiz e implantando soluções com plano de controle.Medir perdas e oportunidades (OEE, refugo, retrabalho, avarias, OTIF, produtividade, custo logístico) e propor iniciativas.Mensurar ganhos / benefits tracking (baseline, metas, ganhos) em parceria com Finanças e Operações: CAPEX desprendido + OPEX incremental à Payback e ROI de projetos.Capacitar times operacionais em ferramentas e rotinas (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, VSM, 5S) e apoiar gestão da mudança.Atuar como ponte entre Operações, Logística e Finanças para priorização e tomada de decisão baseada em dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara você fazer parte do nosso Grupo de talentos, você precisa ter:Formação: Engenharia e correlatas (preferencialmente, Eng.
