Atendemos toda a Região Centro Oeste, parte da Região Norte e Triângulo Mineiro. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNOSSA MISSÃOOferecer soluções logísticas através da movimentação de cargas fracionadas, primando pela excelência dos serviços e confiabilidade no relacionamento com nossos clientes, fornecedores e colaborares, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento socioeconômico do país.NOSSA VISÃOSer reconhecida na área de atuação como a melhor opção em transportes de cargas fracionadas, oferecendo serviços de qualidade que satisfaçam as necessidades dos nossos clientes, proporcionando o desenvolvimento sustentável da empresa e dos colaboradores.NOSSOS VALORESOs valores de nossa empresa são: Ética nas relações, Valorização das pessoas, Qualidade dos serviços, Sustentabilidade, Honestidade e Transparência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrecificação Estratégica e BIDs: Elaborar, precificar e responder a propostas complexas e processos de concorrência (BIDs/RFQs), dimensionando custos, transit times, rotas, cubagem e margens de contribuição;Gestão de Rentabilidade e Readequação de Contratos: Analisar a rentabilidade de tabelas de clientes da base ativa; identificar distorções tarifárias e propor readequações/reajustes contratuais; elaborar propostas comerciais para novos clientes;Negociação e Relacionamento Comercial: Participar diretamente de reuniões e mesas de negociação com clientes (novos prospects e carteira ativa) para alinhamento de propostas, defesa técnica de reajustes e esclarecimento de condições comerciais;Auditoria de Custos e Faturamento de Terceiros: Realizar a conciliação diária entre os custos cobrados por transportadores/parceiros e a receita faturada aos clientes, direcionando emissões de frete complementar ou revisões de tabela para proteger a margem operacional;Projetos de Automação e Ferramentas Comerciais: Idealizar, desenvolver e manter ferramentas internas de apoio à decisão (simuladores de frete, modelos automatizados em planilhas e robôs em Power Automate/scripts) para agilizar processos e reduzir o tempo de resposta comercial;Projetos de Melhoria Interdepartamentais: Mapear e executar projetos de otimização de processos entre áreas (ex.: novos fluxos de cobrança de armazenagem e comissionamento com o SAC; suporte ao Marketing em eventos e workshops);Gestão da Informação e Reuniões Regionais: Desenvolver relatórios executivos, dashboards e materiais visuais para reuniões de resultados comerciais (São Paulo Interior, Santa Catarina e Reunião Geral de Vendas), atuando na condução conjunta com gerências e liderança;Parametrização e Governança no TMS: Parametrizar, auditar e manter atualizadas todas as regras, tabelas de frete e taxas acessórias no sistema TMS.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo na área Comercial com especialização em Gestão de Dados;Excel avançado;Power BI;Power Automate;Programação (linguagem: VBA);Precificação de alta complexidade (BIDs, RFQs e propostas sob medida);Análise de viabilidade econômico-financeira e readequação de tabelas de frete (novos e antigos clientes);Negociação comercial direta e condução de reuniões de fechamento/reajuste;Desenvolvimento de simuladores de frete, robôs e ferramentas de automação operacional;Auditoria crítica de fretes contratados vs. faturados e recuperação de receita;Construção de apresentações executivas e painéis de dados gerenciais.Informações adicionaisBenefícios: VT, VR/VA Flex (R$ 39,20 por dia), PLR anual, PTS e WellHub (antigo GymPass).Parcerias: Microlins, Grau Técnico, Cruzeiro do Sul, Sest Senat, CNA, Open English e Plêiades.
