The posting

Desenvolver e implementar estratégias integradas de gestão dos riscos inerentes ao negócio, acompanhando e controlando as exposições geradas especialmente nos segmentos de grãos e insumos, buscando as melhores soluções para proteção no mercado financeiro (hedge),  redução da exposição ao risco e gerenciamento de posições de trading.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar a identificação, análise e avalição dos riscos dos negócios, interagindo com as áreas afins para garantir uma compreensão holística dos riscos e desenvolver estratégias de mitigação eficazes. Monitorar e garantir que todas as métricas de exposição de risco estão dentro dos limites estipulados pela empresa. Desenvolver e acompanhar métricas de risco incluindo: VaR (Value at Risk), Stress testing e análise de cenários, e sensibilidade e variações de preços (CBOT, B3, prêmio e dólar) Revisar e atualizar regularmente as políticas de exposição para refletir as condições de mercado e os objetivos estratégicos da empresa. Acompanhar as contratações de operações financeiras (dólar, CBOT, B3 e prêmios) realizadas pela mesa garantindo a proteção das posições expostas. Monitorar as tendências de mercado e desenvolver análises e relatórios gerenciais destacando oportunidades e riscos emergentes. Organizar e preparar a apresentação dos riscos para o Comitê de Risco, oferecendo uma visão detalhada das exposições e das medidas de mitigação em vigor. Atuar enquanto referência técnica sobre os temas da área, contribuindo com o desenvolvimento técnico da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificações Gradução em Economia, Engenharia, Matemática, Estatística, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação ou especialização em Finanças, Mercado de Capitais ou Gestão de Riscos será diferencial.

CONHECIMENTOS DESEJÁVEIS: Formação de preço de commodities  Modelagem de risco (VaR, stress testing) Experiencia/conhecimento em Hedge Accounting Excel Avançado Power Bi ou ferramentas similares Foco em Dados e Modelagens.
