A Superintendência de Governança, Riscos Integrados e Compliance tem como missão assegurar a conformidade dos diversos processos das empresas que integram a Porto Bank aos requisitos regulatórios e de âmbito legal.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesA estrutura de Governança da Porto Bank busca um Especialista de Compliance para liderar estrategicamente a adequação do Conglomerado (Portoseg, Portopar e Consórcio) à Resolução Conjunta n 18. O profissional será o principal articulador dentro do conglomerado, garantindo que a instituição estabeleça uma base sólida de governança das informações. Este é um papel de alta senioridade que exige visão sistêmica para transformar requisitos regulatórios em eficiência operacional e acurácia no reporte ao supervisor.Liderar a estruturação e a manutenção da Política de Qualidade da Informação do Conglomerado Porto Seguro, garantindo a aprovação anual pela Diretoria Executiva;Atuar como ponto focal técnico para o cumprimento da Resolução Conjunta 18;Elaborar o Relatório Semestral de Qualidade da Informação, detalhando irregularidades identificadas e propondo medidas saneadoras à alta gestão;Estabelecer a Matriz RACI de responsabilidades por domínio das informações (Crédito, Cartões, Consórcio, etc.) entre Data Owners, Stewards e TI;Definir os limiares de aceitação (thresholds) e KPIs de monitoramento para as dimensões de qualidade exigidas pelo reguladorRequisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;Sólida experiência em Compliance Bancário ou Auditoria Interna em Instituições Financeiras;Conhecimento profundo do arcabouço regulatório do BCB, especialmente normas de Controles Internos e Obrigações Regulatórias;Experiência prévia em projetos de adequação regulatória de alta complexidade;Conhecimentos em framework de Governança de Informações (DAMA-DMBOK) e uso de plataformas de catálogo e qualidade (ex: Databricks). Estabelecer uma base estruturada de governança das informações que unifique Portoseg (CFI), Portopar (DTVM) e Consórcio.Promover a cultura de qualidade da informação transversalmente em três empresas com naturezas distintas: Portoseg, Portopar e Administradora de Consórcio.Assegurar que a alta administração providencie os recursos necessários para a conformidade material da norma.Perfil do Profissional Perfil resiliente e consultivo, com capacidade de liderar mudanças culturais profundas.
