Tudo o que fazemos é movido pelo talento de nosso povo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e evoluir soluções de Inteligência Artificial Generativa, incluindo assistentes, copilotos, automações e aplicações baseadas em LLMs.Atuar desde a identificação do problema e definição da solução até o desenvolvimento, implantação e evolução em produção.Projetar e desenvolver soluções utilizando RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, busca semântica, vector databases, busca híbrida e técnicas de reranking.Desenvolver e otimizar prompts, agentes e fluxos agênticos, utilizando frameworks e arquiteturas modernas de IA.Avaliar diferentes modelos e tecnologias, buscando o melhor equilíbrio entre qualidade, performance, custo e escalabilidade.Criar mecanismos de avaliação, monitoramento e observabilidade das soluções de IA, acompanhando métricas de qualidade, latência, custo e performance.Integrar aplicações de IA aos sistemas, APIs, canais e plataformas internas da companhia.Trabalhar em parceria com áreas de negócio e tecnologia, entendendo necessidades e traduzindo problemas complexos em soluções práticas de IA.Definir métricas de sucesso e acompanhar os resultados das soluções implementadas, garantindo geração de valor para o negócio.Contribuir para a definição de boas práticas, padrões técnicos, arquitetura e governança para o desenvolvimento de soluções de IA.Atuar de forma próxima às iniciativas de Dados, Machine Learning e Analytics, quando necessário.Garantir boas práticas relacionadas à segurança, privacidade, governança e uso responsável de Inteligência Artificial, considerando requisitos da LGPD.Documentar soluções e arquiteturas, além de compartilhar conhecimento e contribuir para a evolução da maturidade de IA da organização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com IA Generativa e LLMs, preferencialmente em aplicações utilizadas em produção.Conhecimento sólido em Python e SQL.Experiência prática com RAG, embeddings, busca semântica e vector databases.Conhecimento em engenharia de prompts, agentes e arquiteturas agênticas.Experiência com frameworks como LangGraph, CrewAI, Strands ou similares.Vivência com pelo menos uma plataforma de nuvem, como AWS, Azure ou Google Cloud.Conhecimento em avaliação de modelos, observabilidade, métricas de qualidade e otimização de custos de inferência.Conhecimento de boas práticas de engenharia de software, Git, APIs e CI/CD.Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma, colaborativa e orientada à solução de problemas.Boa comunicação e capacidade de transitar entre áreas técnicas e de negócio.Curiosidade e interesse genuíno em acompanhar a rápida evolução do ecossistema de Inteligência Artificial.Informações adicionais📍 Inconfidentes – Contagem/MG 100% presencial
