Será responsável por analisar dados, desenvolver integrações, construir modelos de IA e acompanhar o desempenho das soluções implantadas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será o seu dia a dia:Desenvolver, implementar e manter soluções baseadas em Inteligência Artificial e automação para otimização de processos e apoio estratégico ao negócio.Realizar análise de dados e identificar oportunidades para aplicação de IA, automações e soluções inteligente.Desenvolver integrações entre sistemas, APIs e plataformas corporativas;Construir, testar e otimizar modelos de IA, automações e fluxos inteligentes;Levantar requisitos técnicos e funcionais junto às áreas de negócio.Desenvolver dashboards, relatórios analíticos e indicadores estratégicos.Apoiar iniciativas de transformação digital e inovação tecnológica;Monitorar desempenho, qualidade e evolução das soluções implantadas;Documentar processos, integrações e arquiteturas técnicas das soluções desenvolvidas;Atuar em conjunto com equipes multidisciplinares de TI e negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamos em você: Experiência com desenvolvimento de sistemas, automações ou Inteligência Artificial;Conhecimento em Python, JavaScript, C# ou linguagens similares;Experiência com APIs e integrações REST;Conhecimento em ferramentas e frameworks de IA e automação (OpenAI,LangChain, Azure AI, TensorFlow, Power BI ou similares);Conhecimento em bancos de dados SQL e NoSQL;Vivência com modelagem de dados e construção de dashboards;Conhecimento em AzureDevops, Git e boas práticas de desenvolvimento;Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban);Conhecimento em cloud computing (Azure, AWS ou Google Cloud);Certificações em IA, Dados, Cloud ou Desenvolvimento.Competências comportamentais:Perfil analítico e pensamento lógico;Capacidade de resolução de problemas complexos;Proatividade e foco em inovação;Facilidade de aprendizado contínuo;Comunicação clara entre áreas técnicas e negócio;Organização e gestão de prioridades;Trabalha em equipe e colaboração multidisciplinar;Visão estratégica e foco em resultados;Criatividade para construção de soluções inteligentes;Atenção aos detalhes e qualidade das entregas.
